Basically the local bare for retirees and locals to hang after work. The staff is always great and consistent enough to know the regulars like an old school show full of the normal familiar faces. The dart games are always up to date, and the pool tables level. They update their tvs and such regularly. And the food is actually really good. They make a mean burger but their deep fryer is a magical device that has brought me too much joy on numerous occasions. Their wings….yah deep fried and glorious. We always order a couple baskets and go nuts on them while everyone else has a good time around us without judging the fools slurping down pitchers and dipping our fingers in plastic cups of sauce in a way that’d be disgraceful anywhere else. Best part…we go for a lovely walk after getting properly taken care of, take in the ocean, sometimes jump in. Then go back for round two.

If you are a Indian or any colour beside white and black and somebody is being racist to you and you stay quiet instead of fight that’s okay but just in case if you will say anything back to the racist people then you would be kick out. Not me but we used to hang out there so me and my buddies stopped going there since that because we have seen bunch of times that racist people still hang out there but that white bartender she kicked out those Indian people. And if you go there 5-6 times a week you will have to tip to that white girl, if you spend $90-$120 then you will you have to tip atleast $20. If you wont she wont serve she will make you wait This is so ridiculous

If there is a waitress named Tammy working, just do yourself a favor, turn around and leave. I’ve seen her completely trashed on shift knocking bottles off the shelves and was too impaired to even help clean up her mess. I’ve seen other reviews about her, and they are all true. When locals don’t want to sit at your bar because she is working, it’s a problem.

This is my absolute favorite place, second to the American Legion post 86.
Their food menu is much more diverse than your average bar. The staff is positively outstanding. Pool, pull tabs, dart board/league. Great view of the water, chill atmosphere, refreshing drink menu.

Our bartenders were awesome super friendly and fun with our group of 7. It’s got a good sports bar type vibe and also has some pool tables. There’s quite a bit of seating and a really big bar. Tge menu is exactly what youd expect. We did happen to order any food but it did look good (we were meeting more friends for lunch right after) If you find yourself in Birch Bay definitely pop through and have a beer

If you come on a late Sunday Monday or Tuesday you can come test your NFL Football Trivia with a town legend. If you wanna watch sports, well they got 50 flat screen TVs. If you get bored with that and can’t find a couple of Betty’s to take home you can play some pool on one of two tables or if your Canadian play some air hockey. If you come on a Sunday you can take a dip in the Texas Holdem tournament which is a 25 dollar buy in which starts at 2pm.

Service and atmosphere was very good.The food was terrible. We had the seafood platter. I swear they must had taken the seafood out of a frozen tv dinner box and microwaved it.
Our friends food (nachos) looked just as bad.
Liquor prices were great and I enjoyed watching the games on television.

My husband and I went there last night for the first time and drinks were great and food was amazing. Can’t remember the gals name who served us but she was quick and very nice. Will definitely Be going back there again. Environment was very cozy for a bar and I loved it. Very clean and nice atmosphere. 2 pool tables as well. Plenty of seating and the booth was really comfortable which is hard to find at a bar usually.
