We stopped by this little Shanghai restaurant for a quick dinner and were so pleasantly surprised! We ordered the noodles and wontons (云吞), and both were amazing — comforting, flavorful, and full of that true homemade taste.
The noodles were perfectly chewy, tossed in just the right amount of savory sauce — not greasy at all. You can tell they make them fresh. The wontons were delicate, filled with juicy pork and shrimp, floating in a light but flavorful broth that felt like a warm hug.

Had a lunch there, ordered Shepherds Purse and Pork Wonton Soup (10pcs) $12.95, Pork Soup Dumpling (8pcs) $11.95, Pan-fried Pork Bun (4pc) $6.5. First time there, loved all 3 dishes. Both Pork soup dumpling and pan-fried pork bun are juicy with tasty fillings. Will go again, if not often.

very yummy authentic Shanghainese food. the 生煎包 (sheng jian bao) was delightfully airy and crispy on the outside
the 小笼包 (xlb) had a generous amount of rich soup inside. very umami and full of flavor

Very well done Shanghai style Chinese food with 1970s decor. You can order with waitress or via QR code on table. There are lots of interesting dishes. Worth a try.

Qiu Auntie’s Restaurant is an absolute delight! The red-braised pork is incredibly tender and flavorful — perfectly balanced with sweetness and soy, just like a comforting home-cooked meal. The pan-fried buns are another highlight: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with flavor. You can really taste the care and skill in every bite. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic Chinese dishes that warm your heart and satisfy your taste buds, this place is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back!

Authentic Shanghainese soul food. My kiddo and whole family love coming here for the egg pancake, pork buns and noodle soup. Excellent service. They take good care of my 2-year old dinning in the restaurant, getting us tables and high chairs. Impressed.

We came here for dinner and really liked it! The 咸豆花 was amazing, smooth, warm, and tasted super authentic. The fried dough sticks were crispy and fragrant, perfect for dipping. The place feels like a cozy local spot, nothing fancy but just right.

We live close by but this is the first time eating here.
The place is not too big but a very lively environment.
Shanghai style restaurant.
We ordered the popular Shanghai noodle soups, dry noodle, string beans, dry sweet fried fish and of course the famous Shanghai pan fried Bao.
The waiter is very nice and detailed and attentive. The portions were perfect not too small not too large.
Everything was good and we would definitely come back again.

Delicious and authentic local Shanghainese food. Their bao is better than Kang Kang imo. Give this place a try you won’t regret it! Closed Tuesday’s.

Super delicious Shanghainese food! I love their pancake 煎饼果子, soy milk豆浆, fried dough 油条,and San Huang chicken 三黄鸡. Portion is great and the place is decorated with many old Shanghai items which gives a pleasant vibe. The service is also top notch. I’ll definitely come back.
I went to this place recommended by friend and was shocked to see such a nice restaurant only has a rating of 3.9 – definitely worth 4.5 and higher in my mind.
