My family and myself have always had a love for Little Caesars Pizza, we are from Illinois and just moved here to Wisconsin. This location is sad. The restaurant is dirty , the customer service is poor , they had no pizzas ready. So we waited for pizzas to be made, only for them to be burnt. I tried calling and got no answer several times. This location is sad and we will not be going back.

The workers were extremely rude here, they didn’t say anything to me and when my order was ready they just threw it on the counter and I didn’t know if it was mine or not. There was also a bunch of people in the parking lot asking for money and I felt pretty unsafe

Got my pizza delivered, I wouldn’t if this is something you normally do or not. This is the 2nd time DoorDash has forgotten my pop (I know it isn’t Little Ceasars fault). ANYWAY! Found a zip tie IN my pizza & the lovely “manager”, Olivia said there are not any zip ties in the store, I was on hold for 20min as well while she was “going to look for your order”. I asked for the Store Managers info (because I think it’s fair to get a full refund for my “side” of zip tie) & she thought she was SO COOL & hung up on me. I called the Sun Prairie store & they told me to call & talk to Joe & gave me, I’m guessing, his personal number. I’m hoping to hear from Joe…if not, next higher level.
*UPDATE* Joe is REAL! NICE GUY! Giving me a full return & coupon for a free pizza.

This is the 2nd time I recieve pizza that looked already chewed. This time 2 of my 3 pizzas were damaged, the 3rd was overcooked. They figured the appropriate compensation on a 65 dollar order was 11.08. Throughly disappointed.

On Sept 25 experienced bad customer service my order was never placed staff was rude when I got to the store to pay for my pizza the cashier told me they never got the order as a result I had to get dinner elsewhere I did report this to their corporate office. They also closed the store at 10 when it hours were till 11pm just a bad store an rude staff

I ordered the pretzel pepperoni pizza, a twice brownie, and a cheese cup. When order arrived the pretzel crust was burned with tiny amounts of salt on it and no brownie in sight. I was refunded through door dash but that was my experience. I did enjoy the pizza besides the burnt crust though.

I ordered 3 pizzas but they only delivered 2. The Door Dash driver said there were only 2 put in the locker he gets them from. I showed him my receipt to prove I was missing 1 pizza. He said i needed to contact the location I ordered from and that it was their mistake. I called them and they said only Door Dash can refund me (which makes no sense) ….. The man i talked to at the E Washington location actually said the driver probably purposely took it. After being bounced back and forth and having no help whatsoever I gave up. I don’t care about the money but it was the principal of it. I won’t be going back.

These guys ROCK! Placed an order a little under an hour before close, seemed they were getting ready to start prepping for cleaning and shutting down when I arrived. I felt bad and offered to cancel my order but the staff were SUPER friendly and went above and beyond, saying it was no problem at all and even offering a coupon for a slight wait. Absolutely amazing and friendly team!
