Great food. We had Fish Tacos and Shrimp Tacos. I don’t remember eating such delicious food in a while. Portion sizes are large. Complete value for money. Everyone managing the restaurant was cheerful and welcoming. I would visit again.

The location in the center of Kent, CT is ideal. The Mexican menu is thorough and the Mexican staff assures genuine Mexican cuisine. The standard American diner-type menu also has a very large variety of choices. I particularly like their blue cheese burger. My wife enjoyed her pastrami sandwich – something for everyone. But the ambience is simple to the point of spare.

My friend and I sat outside on a beautiful day and enjoyed a delicious afternoon meal. I got the chicken quesadilla and my friend got the fish tacos. She said they were the best she’d ever eaten! My quesadilla was very good as well. Mine was served with guacamole, sour cream and salsa. Our waiter was attentive and helpful, may have been the owner. Prices were reasonable with good size portions. I highly recommend this place!

Fast and friendly service with mouth watering pancakes and delicious coffee. Also had the chorizo burrito that came with salsa and refried beans on the side. Added a spoonful of each with ever bite. I would be a regular if I lived here!

Food was very good, but greasy. We ordered extra bacon, but we only got three pieces and still had to pay. Service was very good, everyone was nice and the food came out very fast.

The Villager Restaurant was a nice spot. We went there looking for a nice Mexican dinner, and that was exactly what we got. Skipping an appetizer we were brought chips and drinks. (Coca-Cola) after that we had time to dwell on what to order in the relatively uncrowded facility. We settled finally on an order of quesadillas and tacos! Both were to our liking.

Food was frozen and stale. We ordered the grilled cheese, tomato and avocado. The cheese was very small slices and not even melted. The bread was toasted, but the inside was cold! My partner ate half of it because he wasnt feeling well but then we all decided to let the staff know about how bad this sandwich was. We were given dirty looks and handed the check for the full payment. I asked the server to take off at least half the sandwich as this food was garbage, a 2nd employee came over and finally agreed to take it off the bill, very reluctantly. The fries were old and frozen. We also ordered chicken fingers, which were the worst chicken fingers ever, also frozen. This place used to be a regular stop for us, but never again. Go anywhere in town, but here.
