We went there this morning to have a brunch, and it’s a little bit chilly out here. The view is pretty good we love the scenery! The service is wonderful: the waitress was very helpful and considerate. She brought me the drink menu and to help me to decide a drink with colorful color but without alcohol! I really appreciate her help and kindness. Besides, my friends and I had a wonderful time there and the cuisines there are good as well. It’s definitely a very good memory for me.

First visit to this restaurant. Waitress was very nice but not very attentive. Our food order took a good 45 minutes to arrive with no updates on why it was taking so long. Waited a long time to get catsup for burger and fries as well as water refills. The kicker was my daughter’s gorgonzola steak dish had what looked like a beard hair in it. To their credit, the restaurant did comp us for that dish. While the view off the patio was spectacular, we likely will not be back.

I would give it no stars, if that was a choice! We never had a chance to taste the food at The View. We had an 8pm reservation and were seated at our table. The waitress came over and took our drink orders. She came back 15 minutes later and told us she could not find the wine that I ordered and that we could not place an order for any food for 45 minutes!!! No explanation for this. She said it would be a very long wait for the food after we ordered as well. At this point it was 8:25 and very late to start looking for other restaurants with availability. We asked if she could at least bring us some bread or something to nibble on with our drinks while we were waiting for 45 minutes to order our food. But she said they would be angry with her in the kitchen if they saw her walking out with something! This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. I am not blaming the waitress, but management should’ve called us an cancelled during the day if this was an issue. We could’ve possibly found somewhere else to dine. We were visiting our son for a college weekend and he was looking forward to having a nice meal. We later heard that the restaurant has alot of issues with help. The menu looked great, but we will never try it again!

During our first visit here, we experienced subpar service, significant wait times on food and beverage, and once served, food was cold, undercooked, and really not good. Tonight, we decided to give the place a second chance. It was wing night so what could go wrong…..1)their advertised tap list was totally wrong so after multiple attempts, we finally were able to order a beer that was actually available. 2)the wings came out minimally seasoned/sauced, cold, and just not enjoyable, not to mention the Blu cheese tasted like generic store bought dressing 3) the place overall just seems very disorganized, and lacking what should be expected of a bar/restaurant at a golf course. We always give places a few chances, but as of now we will not be returning.

This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. My family and I booked reservations 5 months in advance for a nice graduation dinner. The reviews of this place were positive at the time but it is apparent that between the 5 months time things have changed within this establishment. We waited 3 hours to be served our food. By the time our food came the food lacked flavor and all our steaks came out burnt and inedible. We asked our waiter for bread as an appetizer as we were awaiting the 3 hours for our food and we were told bread is not an option. 40 minutes after being told that bread was not an option it was served to the other 3 tables… this of course is not the end of the world but it didn’t help with the already terrible experience. Believe the negative reviews. Would never come back here and would’ve enjoyed going to a nasty Mcdonald’s chain rather than coming here

Worst dining experience I have ever had. The waitress was kind but they take way too long to prepare the food + the food was the worst food I have ever had. I felt bad for the waitress because none of it was her fault. They need to hire more cooks in the back! They said they only have 2 cooks in the back making all the food. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Came here on Sunday at the recommendation of a friend for the Sunday special – a discounted large, 3 topping pizza – and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The pizza (picture included) was delicious and the service was absolutely fantastic. The staff was pleasant, attentive, and did a wonderful job of making customers feel welcomed and appreciated. In particular, the server who handled my table (Chelsea) made sure to highlight standout menu options – had I not stuffed myself with pizza I would have most definitely ordered one of the many delicious dessert options she mentioned – and also pointed out the fantastic food/happy hour specials offered throughout the week.

Believe the negative reviews. The food took more than 3 hours to be served. Food was overpriced for the quality. I have never been to an establishment where the food has been this bad and the service has been so poor. Would never come back. My family was excited to enjoy a nice family grad dinner but instead we left frustrated and with a bad taste in our mouth.
