Customer service was decent. The lady at the register was nice and helpful, I received my drink but was missing the cookie crumbles in it. I do understand that they were busy, so the time I received my drink was fair. The restroom was dirty and unsanitary. Overall, I would not come back to this location.

The staff constantly trash talks customers on their headsets. Their opinion of guests is rarely flattering. Their franchise owner or general manager is at the store daily, yet the restroom facilities have been out of order. Sometimes when I’m here I forget who has an obligation toward a standard of behavior. The head honcho is at the root of this poor workplace culture. I wonder of they’re in the business of serving staff rather than customers. I’ll be waiting for my check, lol.

Walked in and heard such an enthusiastic greeting, I had to look around to make sure it was for me. Extremely welcoming and the whe exchange just made my evening. Great staff every time, this particular one was 01APR at 1745hrs. The manager on duty was the MOST enthusiastic I’ve ever seen, and been a Starbucks customer since 1996.

This location is pretty average The customer service was friendly but not above and beyond the coffee tastes like any other Starbucks location it’s about average size and it’s relatively clean The location has one benefit in that it is in the corner of a plaza and there is almost endless amounts of parking there so it’s pretty good for group meetings
