Edit to add: THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME, UNFORTUNATELY After the owner replied to my review I did attempted to go in to get my refund and give them a second chance like they asked. The manager is never on site; the front staff has been unable to make this right because they need a managers code to authorize it. No promises were kept. DO NOT GO HERE!! There is NO INTEGRITY, NO RESPECT for their own public promise. THEIR WORD MEANS NOTHING. I added another photo of two meals that were left untouched.
DO NOT GO HERE!! FOOD IS NOT EDIBLE!! 72$ down the drain. Im literally crying. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! Imagine your meal was swimming in fry sauce. Thats what this is. I posted pictures for reference. The food was lathered in the kick sauce. I mean lathered. Feels like a hate crime. It was not edible, i tried, we all did. Of course I didn’t realize it until i got home. Tried calling and no one answered not surprised since I waited a while to place an order, no staff in sight had time to go to the bathroom and then come back. Not a very welcoming environment. The only good thing was the chicken sandwich and it was just bread and chicken.There is hardly any mac and cheese and the loaded fries were hard and dehydrated you can tell they were old. SERIOUSLY SOMEBODY NEEDS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!. There is no way the meals are made with this much sauce. If somebody wants more pictures let me know! ALL 5 meals were like this!!

Ordered food at 7:45pm, went to pick it up, and the place had closed at 8. Ordered through their website, which states “Open until 9pm every day.” The receipt even says “pickup time 8:05pm.” Every bit of the food was cold, the chicken was incorrect, and obviously old. Closeslaw tastes like standard GFS coleslaw from a tub. There’s something super fishy with all the 5 star reviews, as my server coincidentally had the same name as many of the aforementioned reviews. I’d definitely avoid this location.

If you’re looking for a place that knows how to do burgers right, this is it. The patties were juicy, full of flavor, and cooked exactly the way I like them. The toppings were fresh, the buns were soft but sturdy, and everything tasted like it was made with care instead of rushed.
But the real star? The fries with that cheese sauce.
Man… that stuff needs its own trophy. They come out hot, crispy, and absolutely covered in rich, creamy cheese sauce that takes them from “good fries” to “I’m coming back just for these.” It’s the kind of cheese sauce you’ll think about on the drive home.
The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the food came out fast. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down to enjoy it, this spot hits the mark every time.
Highly recommend — and don’t skip those cheese-sauce fries. Trust me.

I got a regular double smash burger and fries just to get a baseline for my first visit, around 13$. Menu was simple, cashier was nice and food came out in a timely manner. The burger had great flavor and was fresh, my only complaint about it was that it was very greasy. The fries were pretty standard, fresh and cooked well however I do not think they were seasoned. Over all it was a good experience and I will come back and support local business.

First time there and it was not busy at all. Despite that our order was wrong, burgers were made with no toppings after asking for extra toppings. Asked for extra sauce and received none. All the food had too much salt and killed the taste. Dont waste your time here.

Really like The Urban Stack & Co. Food is great, good vibes, and the staff is actually nice (not fake nice). Everything feels well done without trying too hard. Definitely somewhere I’d come back to. Also very clean. Solid all around.
