I’ve ate here a few times and haven’t had a bad experience. They always give me a good portion and when I get bourbon chicken they are willing to drizzle some of the sauce on my fried rice.

2023: Yummy! Similar to panda express, pick a 2 or 3 entree meal with either rice or noodles. I had the BBQ chicken and Dijon chicken. Recommend.

1-2024: Now called Thai Express. Food was good. I had the lemon chicken and bourbon chicken with Lo Mein noodles.

1-2025: delicious! I had the 3 meat meal with bourbon chicken, lemon chicken and orange chicken.

God loves the Great Lakes Mall ( God ) and while here, God usually stops by Thai Express to eat. Staff here is very friendly & professional. Food is always excellent & delicious! Fried rice with pepper steak & spicy chicken is the favorite dish. – God

Worst Thai food you can have!! Nowhere close to be called Thai food

Ordered phad Thai and the taste was horrible ..beyond words to express! All it had was boiled noodles with broccoli and tofu!!

Chicken rice was super oily! And the pieces were floating in oil!

Avoid at any cost! Eating here means just wasting your money!!!! Not even worth one star!

Good place for a quick lunch in the food court while shopping at Great Lakes Crossing. Chicken pad thai was cooked fresh and tasted great. Quick service and generous portions for the price.

This is not Thai food at all, a few strong women are very rude, if you try the sample and don’t buy it and leave directly, a few women are talking in Asian language, I don’t know what they are talking about… The worst restaurant experience

Disgusting , Gross burned taste and no flavor bland. Sad to say Panda Express would have been better, even the noodles were bad . Poor service also my 12 year old son was tying to order & the rude people kept dismissing him and took several people who were waiting behind him as he tried to ask for assistance. He’s mixed black. I won’t be spending money there again

Very friendly worker There are not many selections at the food court
Needed some whole food, not your typical fast burgers and fries pizza place.
Noodles are ok, but the bourbon chicken was pretty good, not too sweet or too much heavy sauce like other places

Food is merely OK. What bothered me is the portion of the meal. A lady staff served a few customers before me, and I was served by a male staff. I noticed my meal size is significantly smaller than those served by the lady. The picture is my 2 entree meal. You can make the judgment yourself whether it’s fair for about $10.

Refused to give out samples for beef for some reason and refused to provide water in a cup, bottled only. Served a security guard before us even when it was our turn to order. Orange chicken was mostly batter and teriyaki chicken tasted rubbery and had a fridge taste like it was previously frozen. So sad!! Used to get this all the time but not sure we will be returning due to odd customer service and declining flavor.
