This is one of the best restaurants that I have had the pleasure of visiting in the state of Utah. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was amazing. I loved the forest take on all of the food especially the bread and the drinks. The drink tasted like it was made in an actual tree at Sundance and it was to die for! The food was out of this world and I loved the experience overall. Our favorite was the gnocchi and the steak. For Valentine’s Day, they even gave us a complimentary box of chocolate. Best restaurant for a special occasion!! I will be returning to dine with them again for a special occasion in the future!!

I had an incredible experience at the tree room. When I walked in they knew me by name and made my girlfriend and I feel important, cared for, and almost like we owned the place! Our waitress was friendly and great at their job. The food was incredible and had bold delicious flavors. We had the pepper steak, bison short ribs, gnocchi, “milk and honey”, and berries and cream. All the flavors incredible, you can really taste the quality of ingredients they use. My only issue is the portion sizes of the gnocchi and short ribs. The gnocchi was the best thing I ate all night, so I was disappointed that there was only 5 or 6 pieces of pasta. The short ribs were delicious, but again I was disappointed there was only 3 short ribs with a sprinkling of potatoes and mushrooms. I’d have liked to see another short rib or at least a few more potatoes to balance it out. Dessert was delicious. The goat milk cheesecake was an awesome way to end the night. Great night! Amazing ambiance combined with everything made it a unique experience that I’ll always remember.

Has to be one of the top restaurants in the country, let alone Utah. No atmosphere compares to this one. The food is definitely top-notch. All hand crafted plates and excellent tastes. They have a changing menu, aside from the pepper steak. I’ve been here a couple of times and will definitely be back. It’s very upscale, but semi casual dress. It is located in a beautiful part of the mountains in quite Sun Dance

Wow! Beautiful setting, felt like we ate in a log cabin living room. The service was impeccable, fine dining level. All of the food was superb, from pork belly to mushroom stuffed cannolinis to scallops to the steak. Even the cocktails and dessert were fabulous. Would highly recommend for a nice dinner out. Plus the location can’t be beat! I will be back 🙂

The staff were so kind and attentive. The atmosphere is very relaxed and elevated. The food, oh my goodness, was spectacular! The scallop starter dish with the risotto and forbidden rice was my favorite. They captured what the sea would taste like in an elegant way. The duck was good and the fennel and rhubarb were the perfect combination to enhance the duck’s subtle sweet and savory flavor. Can’t wait to go back! Oh and make sure to arrive early to park. I was 15 minutes early and was 5 minute late to my reservation because of parking.
