Wow, what a treat. Stopped by for lunch on a beautiful Spring day after a haircut nextdoor, grabbed the Cuban and it was heaven. The top of the bread was so crispy, the pork was delicious and blended with all of the other ingredients perfectly. I was talking about it even 35 minutes into the drive home.
