It’s kinda tough to fairly rate any Cook Out. If you’re not super familiar with the chain (like me), the menu is a nightmare. It’s a mess, and it’s really hard to even figure out what to order without sounding like an idiot.

Service was great at this location. Food is hot and seemingly fresh. Coleslaw cups are halfway full and the meat has nearly no barbecue sauce on it, it looks like it came out of a can but still tastes decent.

Not very consistent. The first time I ate there the bbq was very bland. The second and third time the burgers and sides were great. However, tonight was the worst, I asked for a burger but actually got an onion sandwich. Was supposed to have onion rings and cheese bites as sides and got the residue of the onion rings and 4 cheese bites. The chicken quesadilla was bland but spicy. All this for $17 and the wonder why fast food is fast becoming a dead industry. Give us at least okay service, decent food and good prices consistently; and we will continue to do business with you. If it wasn’t for me running late for work I would have had them make my order over. What I’m doing instead is not returning to the Cook Out. I should have stayed with my first impression of them, bland food and poor service. The Cook Out gets 2 stars because at least twice I got a good burger, but I’ve never gotten good bbq from them.

Just got off the highway, and there was a problem. Cars were extending out of the parking area into the road causing a hazard. It is to be expected at night, especially when other things are closed. The food is great, and it was served quickly so that was not the issue.

Terrible Service. Cashier at the drive thru kept rudely cutting me off asking ANYTHING ELSE after EVERYTHING item. How are you annoyed and you applied for the job? Im sure the owner of the franchise would not appreciate how their customers are treated. All the fried items taste like they were cooked in the same old oil. Would not recommend this location at all.
