Reviews
The first issue was with the drive-through line, which was wrapped around the building. Normally, this wouldn’t be a problem, but the dining room was inexplicably closed despite a sign on the door indicating it should still have been open for another five hours. All the chairs were already stacked up, and it was clear they had no intention of allowing indoor dining. This disregard for their posted hours was frustrating, especially after a long day of working and adventuring.
We decided to stay in the drive-through line and eventually placed our order. The first item we ordered was a kid’s meal, followed by the rest of our food. The staff member taking our order rushed me through the process, even though it was my first time at this particular location, and I wanted to take a moment to review the menu. Despite this, she repeated everything back to us, so I assumed the order was correct.
When we reached the drive-through window, they took my payment and handed me my card back along with two drinks. However, the drinks were smaller than the sizes we ordered, and I couldn’t get their attention to address the issue because they had already closed the window and weren’t paying attention to us.
We received our food and pulled into a parking spot to check the bag. Right away, we noticed the kid’s meal—the very first item we ordered—was missing. My girlfriend went inside to resolve the issue, but instead of fixing the problem, the staff member argued with her, claiming we never ordered the meal. To make matters worse, we couldn’t prove it because we were never given a receipt. Frustrated and without resolution, we decided to leave.
As we drove away, we stopped somewhere else to grab food for the child and decided to check our meals more closely. The moment we opened the bags, an overwhelming smell of cigarettes hit us. The food reeked of it, and upon closer inspection, we found that half the food was burnt while the other half had mistakes—like ketchup on burgers we specifically requested without it.
The food was completely inedible. We couldn’t even stomach a single bite. When we got home, we ended up throwing it all in the trash and eating something else.
This experience was beyond unacceptable. From the poorly trained staff and incorrect orders to the inedible food that smelled and tasted terrible, everything about this visit was a failure. This is not how food service should operate, and I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone visit this location.
Until there is a complete overhaul of the staff or significant improvements are made, I urge others to avoid this place entirely. If I could give this location a zero out of 1,000, I would.
For a while this location was getting bad reviews, so I was worried, but I saw the reviews were trending upwards again so I took a chance and it seems that they got it back together. I’m happy because I used to come here all the time a few years ago before I moved away and came back to the area. :). Big double burger with Cajun fries and a cherry cheesecake milkshake, can’t go wrong with that bad boy
I was thinking, well I could’ve stayed in the drive thru line if the wait would be the same. It was to the point I glance in the prep area. I began to get a little frustrated, but then came Mr. Toni.
His greeting to myself and the guest in front of me was kind and pleasant. He was also completing an order for a family of 5, dining in. He was patient with them and everyone in line. Hats off to the hiring manager with adding Toni to the team.
Constructive Feedback:
-Take down paper signs taped to the wall behind the counter “No Excuses”, “How to treat each to be #1” Its great motivation for the team, but guest should see nothing, only the restaurant grade etc.
-Adding more tables and chairs for dining in also. While I was in line the 5 member family had push tables together (VERY NOISY). Ive been to this location a few times and never seen enough for the dining in guest.
Overall, yes the experience and food was good.
Good Day!
The situation what so ever she just tried to quickly resolve us missing the hush puppies and get us out of there. I literally went back in there and returned that food. Because in my spirit babyyyyyyy that’s all ima say. Don’t work in customer service period employee or manager if you can’t resolve conflict. Oh and I forgot where we was that’s sad we have to go distances to get great customer service. Me and my spouse had to go back in there with our son like why should we have had to do that!??? Why y’all couldn’t fix it at the window????????????? But anyways I’m out. Y’all save your coins do not eat at this establishment.
