I absolutely demolished this so fast I forgot to even savor it. This is genuinely up there with expensive coastal restaurant sushi. In terms of price to taste ratio this might be the single best food I have ever had in my entire life. No joke. I can’t recommend this place enough. It almost changed my life in one bite.

My bf and I have dined in twice now, I’ve also ordered takeout numerous times. They have delicious sweet tea!! Their prices are pretty decent in my opinion. Everything always looks awesome! And we haven’t had anything that tasted bad. We’ve been trying different things, we really love the JB roll with masago, the caterpillar roll, the dancing eel roll, Blairsville roll, and the spider roll that my bf tried yesterday for the first time. Also, their presentation of their dishes is always so beautiful! Def recommend!!!

Being from Southern California I’m use to great quality Sushi. I can’t believe Blairsville Ga has the freshest rainbow roll I have ever had the quality of the fish is Similar to Nobu. I moved to Blairsville two years ago and have been afraid to eat Mountain Sushi. Have we been missing out the sushi is great so are the dumplings. I just became a weekly customer.

Ordered a bento box but im allergic to avocado so I requested to not have that. I was told would have to buy a entire roll. Ok I guess I understand that logic. Well since I have to buy another roll I would to order a different roll. I response was shocking. I could old buy a California roll. Servers were nice but the manager is the issue here. All requests went through the manager who remained in the back. Never requested a discount but it would have made sense. Since I had to purchase a different roll of California roll but didn’t receive the original roll either we were shorted the roll that would have come in the box but paid for another.
