TWICE within a span of 1 month they forgot items in my order because they weren’t available and the cook had to make them, I reassured saddahi it was ok we don’t mind waiting. We were sitting down and she brought us the food in a tied plastic bag we trusted everything was in there got home they were missing one small entree that we were charged for, we called she wrote down my husbands name and we brought the reciept a few days later and picked it up. A week later they forgot the whole 3 orders of orange chicken on a bigger plate, it was just chow mein in the box and the one who helped that day was Salma and we called and they did the same wrote down my husbands name and told to bring the receipt again. When he went in that day the manager a male who’s name we didn’t get had the audacity to complain that his name was written twice in their “forgotten food” binder within the month well how is that our fault if you you guys didn’t forget the food twice it wouldn’t be there? Trying to make it seem like we’re trying to make it seem like we’re doing something wrong? And they only gave us 2 entree replacement when it was supposed to be 3.

All I came to do here is to give a huge THANK YOU to Salma. I think that is her name. I went in last week and asked her for a small bowl and she took care of me. I think the girl that helped me was Salma, but if it was not Salma, It is a girl whose name starts with an S. I wanted to say, thank you so much for your amazing service. I walked in and shared with you about a past experience I had at that same location and she apologized. Then she went on to assist me. She definitely knows what customer service is all about. I will always be grateful for that orange chicken.

Having eaten at many Panda Express locations over the years, we have never had such smalls portions as we did at the Rancho Mirage location today!

Service was OK and the team pleasant, but it was obvious that portion size was controlled.

Having paid extra for the Honey Walnut Shrimp, I expected more than 6 pieces!
Very disappointing!

AND I’VE JUST NOTICED I HAVE NO FORTUNE COOKIES! WTA ….!

The service is horrible. You wait in line then you are told it will be a few minutes….which ot is not… Instead of helping the 6 people in line that need to get back to work, he decided to do the pick up orders and make us all wait. I my opinion you should help the people in the physical store first and get them out of the line. Myself and 2 others walked out of the restaurant because we cannot afford to wait in line. The first guy said he was already waiting for 9 min and people before him were complaining they did not have the items they wanted to get and had to wait. Please help this store out it is losing business

Use to love this location but the last year has been horrible! Staff wants to argue and lie to you when you ask for the food to be made fresh. The last 3 times we swear they did something to the food to change the flavor because of us requesting fresh food.

Decided to give this place a try again after eating here for so many years the quality has gone to hell they chop the chicken up so small there’s not really any chicken. You’re just eating batter half of what they serve is not even edible. They might as well just pick your pocket and take your money. Oh that’s right they do they ask for money for charity so they can donate it in their name except they take the money from you. This whole business has turned into a disgusting example.

I ordered chow mein and fried rice and ordered veggie egg rolls. I paid for it but it wasn’t in my bag, I shouldn’t be checking my order to see if I have what I ordered, they are suppose to have everything I ordered in the bag. The photo below shows the order of egg rolls, proof that I purchased it but never received it in the bag.

There is something fundamentally wrong here. Understaffed, always out of product, and no management presence. Avoid. They are unapologetically slow and unreliable. I placed an order on the app. 20 minutes later I received a text saying that my order was ready for pickup. I arrived within 10 minutes to discover that not only was it not ready, it was not even started and they didn’t even have any of the food for my order cooked yet. It was another 20 minutes before I got my order. This is just unprofessional and amateurish.
