Ordered from this panera thru door dash yesterday for lunch for work. Not sure why this is such a common outcome now a days, but I got the spicy chicken take with no pickle chips because Im extremely picky. Well everyone else at work got their food except my sandwich turned into a buffalo chicken melt with -onions- (which I cannot eat) so I ask for just that sandwich to be remade and delivered. They redeliver the ENTIRE meal with my chicken take STILL turned into the buffalo melt sub. I got no message, no one told my dasher to tell me a b or c about anything being taken off or changed. I checked my receipt and everything.

Customer service seemed absolutely miserable. The gentIeman that took my order had zero customer service skills. I ordered soup, salad, and a grilled cheese for my son as “dine in”. When my order was called I was looking for my food and didn’t see it, so I asked, it was packed “to go”. I take it and sit with it any way, & I had ordered a half chicken Caesar salad, and received a caesar salad with no chicken. I ate it without complaining, however something needs to be better at this place. When you are paying $20 for 3 things you expect to get what you asked for. I understand places are busy and short staffed, and workers are over worked and underpaid, so PANERA needs to do something. The food is good, but everyone that works there seems extremely unhappy.

They’re always out of everything. Not sure why but every time we come even if it’s like 4-5pm they’re out of bread or cheddar soup. Or whatever it may be. I don’t know who does the inventory but they probably need to review it if they’re consistently running out of things. I wouldn’t be as mad if they didn’t let me purchase the food several times without telling me its unavailable so I get called to the counter to ask your alternative.
