I ordered my favorite pizza from Marco’s thru DoorDash! I received the pizza with NO CHEESE! when I view my order online, it does not specify NO CHEESE, but when I looked at my receipt on the box of my pizza, it says NO BASE CHEESE! I called Marcos & they transferred me to the manager for an in store credit. I was told to contact door dash .I submitted the issue to door dash & they were willing to give me a $5.00 refund for my trouble! I paid over $20 for a small pizza, and my refund is the amount of the dasher’s tip? It’s not his fault! I am done with Marcos & DoorDash! If this is the best I can get, when my order was obviously mixed up with someone else, I’m done with both businesses! Money is tight right now, but I decided to splurge & order a small pizza for myself & this is what I get! No thanks!

I had heard of Marco’s for some time, and I, for some reason, thought it would be a cousin to Little Caesars. I was very wrong, and the pizza was fantastic. I was impressed with the ingredients. I highly recommend the Deluxe and All Meat.

This is probably the best chain pizza in the area. They are always fast and friendly and the pizza is always good. I love that they don’t gouge you for a little cup of marinara or ranch with your pizza. Their online ordering site also makes it easy to order ahead of time so you don’t have to wait on the phone to try to talk to someone. It may not be the best pizza in the world, but it is pretty amazing for the price and convenience.

Much better than dominos or little Cesar’s and they offer really great coupons. Minor mistakes with our orders have been fairly frequent, but if that improves I would give five stars.
Updated: changing to five stars because not only have they improved, but they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The staff is so nice and the management is doing a great job as well!

Unprofessional. I ordered pickup and my food was cold. The workers were very disrespectful and I could smell alcohol on their breath. Seems like all fun and games for the employees as they were joking and flirting in front of me as I waited for them to service me. And I’m pretty sure I could see someone drinking from a bottle of alcohol in the back. Will not be returning ever again. I’m disgusted and appalled by the staff and will not associate with the lake Marcos ever again!!!
