The tacos were slamma jamma. Best local authentic tacos hands down.
Listed as a woman owned business, she did not disappoint!!!
We will definitely be back and try out their taco Tuesday special.

Also, the churros were spectacular and made hot to order!!

The food is delicious. Authentic, flavorful, fresh, and fast! Service is excellent, the staff are kind and friendly. 10/10 spot, recommend trying the birria tacos with consume

Update:
I keep going back for more! The food continues to be excellent, every new dish I try continues to be great and the birria just gets better!
And the young man who works the counter is awesome, so kind and remembers you! Hard to come by that kind of customer service anymore! Wish I could give it another 5 stars!

I’m very disappointed with this place, I ordered a Carne Asada plate and I received a plate of beef jerky beef was fried and my plate was all oily Asada and fried is not the same, please let us know that you guys have bistec frito and that will be okay. But it wasn’t Carne Asada at all. And it was $17.50 for a super thin beef steak very deep fried, not lying like a beef jerky.

Me and my husband just had lunch there today. It was delicious. My husband got the birria tacos and I got the Thursday taco special. The cashier lady was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions and was able to describe the different flavor profiles for us that we didn’t know. Definitely will be coming back to try out other items on the menu.

We came here on a recommendation of a local here on the island.
Let’s preface to say I like white queso dip however when I ordered queso dip it came out like velvetta cheese melted so disappointing.
If you love spice this is the place however to me that does not love spice this is NOT the place. I ended up eating leftovers at the condo it was so bad and all I ordered was chicken tacos.
So the queso was bad and the tacos were meh…
I would pick somewhere else.

Customer service … we waited almost 45 mins for our order while we watched others come and go out of the restaurant about 7 people. When our order came out they didn’t have the whole order with it, thankfully we at least caught that.

I would try somewhere else honestly. Not worth the wait or money

Don’t let the location keep you from trying this spot! There is plenty of seating, everything is clean, and it is festively decorated. There is no table service; you walk up to the counter to order and pay.

We ordered tacos, refried beans, street corn, guacamole with chips and washed it all down with glass cokes ( Mexican coke).

What we loved:
The guac was freshly made along with the chips; both were amazing! I found the street corn to be be tasty but was too rich for me. My dining companions did not share my opinion: they loved the corn and had no trouble finishing it! ! The refried beans were among the best I’ve had and I lived in San Antonio for 6 years. The tacos were really solid.

What we didn’t like:
The menu is confusing…it really needs to be re-written. They don’t have salsa so if you order chips, you have to go with pico, queso, or guac, For the tacos they have green and red sauce. The green sauce was good and has a nice little kick. We all passed on the red sauce; just not good.

Overall, great casual Mexican food! Don’t overlook this one!

Atmosphere feels like it transports you to Mexico with it’s beautiful artwork, great music and incredible smells.
Very spacious and just overall a great feel.
Excellent food and would highly recommend anyone looking for genuinely good Mexican food to check this place out. I also do doordash part time and people are constantly having me pick up from here so I’m not alone in my opinion.
Look forward to going here again next month. We are going to start going once a month because it’s a gift to ourselves

Grew up in AZ, so I have high standards for tacos, this is one of the few good places to get tacos in the area. No fish tho :/ they do have Jarritos. Good prices too

Very yummy taco spot. I tried the birria tacos, loaded fries and piña mixed with limonada agua fresca and everything was delicious! They were pretty busy on a Thursday afternoon. Very authentic taste. This is the closest to LA Mexican food I have found. Nice clean atmosphere, great service and great food. I shall be back.

I’m giving the food a 4 because I really enjoyed the barbacoa quesadilla but my friends that got the birria tacos were not impressed. The rice that came with the quesadilla was also not great. I also got the esquite which was good! The churros were not bad.

Service wise I’m giving a 4 because mmI found it so strange that in my group of friends, the first people who ordered got their food last. I don’t really know how that happened. The staff was nice overall, but with many individual orders I would hope they come out in the order they were received. I understand different meals have different prep times but many ordered the same thing.

Overall, I would go back but I would not recommend the birria tacos as they seemed underwhelming.
