We have ate at this location quite a few times. We went in December and the food was fine. However the dining room was just messy as hell. Practically every table was dirty and all the drink containers were empty.
This is my favorite part of the evening….my wife went to the counter to get a to-go box since she didn’t eat all of hers. There wasn’t another patron in the dining room and no one at the counter. There was two female employees standing t behind the counter messing with their phones. She asked for one and they just stood there and rolled their eyes staring at each other like they didn’t want to do it. Was the strangest thing I’ve ever seen…..they were going to let my wife stand there until a cook who just happened to be walking around the back of the counter heard my wife ask and walked between those two employees to get one for her.
While we were there we saw employees vaping around food as well. No one gives a damn over there…..
That is one of the worst interactions my wife has ever had with employees at any restaurants.
We will never come back to this location as long as the teenagers and gen z’s are running this Zaxby’s. We eat Zaxbys a lot and that’s a lot of money out of your pockets. Hey Zaxby’s corporate or the owner…..whatever it is….you need to fire everyone over there and get a better team. THEY ARE RUINING A GOOD RESTAURANT…….Im not the only one with a complaint like this and it has to be the same employees doing all this bad crap people are talking about.

I go here frequently for lunch, came by for dinner walked inside at 9:10PM to be told we close at 9:00PM… The door says clearly 9:30PM closing time on Thursday, I mentioned that to the server only to be told again they close at 9……. The truck that pulled up as I was leaving entering the building got to order in the drive through.. crappy service here!

Absolutely pathetic. I will happily drive 30 minutes to Raising Cane’s and actually get the correct food. All soda flavors were out or not available. The tea containers empty. Left the cup of ice on the counter. The food was wrong. I had to ask someone to help me because standing at the register waiting isn’t common sense enough that someone wants something. I assure you I will never give this specific location another penny for as long as I live in this town. I should have went somewhere else and knew I should but thought I’d give it a chance. I haven’t been to this location in a long time and you showed me exactly why I shouldn’t and don’t and will not give this place another penny

This place has amazing food it came out hot and ready. Very friendly cashier who helped me with a smile. I love the atmosphere. Has comfortable plush black leather seating with a little history mixed into the decor as well. It’s very warm and inviting. 10/10 experiance

Very specific order placed and it’s correct on receipt (receipt pic posted) but incorrect in preparation and delivery.
Sandwich ordered plain, received with lettuce and ranch and was not fully cooked.
Ordered extra seasoning on fries and they had no seasoning.
Definitely a waste of money.

all mines have been ones and twos simply because customer service is lousy and people do not know how to get the order right dealing with their food. I’ve come in here on numerous occasion and have stayed in line for approximately 10 minutes or better employees walking around on their cell phones gossiping, but nobody tending to the customer. It needs better customer service.

This store was dirty. The lobby was atrocious. No one spoke when we entered or exited. We looked at 6 different tables before finding a clean one. The floors had wet places everywhere no sign or caution marks. The employees were just holding up the counters. If they don’t have a lobby attendant they need one.
