I usually don’t have any issues but this am the burritos were not worth the $. They were mostly tortilla and they were dried out at that (tortillas). There was barely any egg or hash brown in them. I had to peel away most of the tortilla. And they were loosely made so it fell apart. Just seems most every restaurant in town just don’t have any pride in making a good dish.

Just want to give this location a suggestion get some windshield numbers to place on people’s car. I seen it done down in Florida and it helped the employees not have to question whose order belongs to who in the drive thru. This will definitely help for a smoother operation. Something to think about.

4/29 update. Make sure you don’t accidentally find yourself in the “Mobile” line instead of the drive through line because the kids in the ordering area dont know how to respond to it (they don’t know how to move the lane cones to get you in their “correct lane”

Went through the Russell Parkway drive thru for lunch today, and it was MY PLEASURE to be served by Mackenzie! She possesses some outstanding customer service skills, which is rare for younger people these days. She was friendly, respectful, and also had a great sense of humor. If I were her manager, she would be getting a raise because employees like her are the reason customers keep coming back. I will definitely return to this location!

Very poor service. It seem to be a thing with certain employees that bring their belief in how to treat certain individuals. Kelly, Essy, and a few others purposely aim to make customers pay for water, ice and probably napkins.For a person who goes through the line daily I know this is done purposely. Tell a customer why they won’t go somewhere else is diabolical!!!! This is a Spot that needs to be boycotted.

My two littles boys and I visited Chick-Fil-A earlier this week. We sat inside and ate breakfast in! All the employees were super kind but Nick was an absolute GEM of a person! Nick checked on us several times throughout our breakfast, we saw Nick constantly checking the dining room and offering friendly service to everybody! Nick also offered to bring out our online order so we didn’t have to walk back to the counter! We don’t usually get such intentional service from anywhere else and we appreciate it so much! This is always our go-to chick-fil-a location!

I went here to pick up 20 $10 gift cards. I’m sure this was not something any employee is thrilled about. But the young lady who helped me was THE BEST! So polite, kind, helpful, and willing to help me in any way. I could not stop telling people the rest of the day how good that experience was.

I usually have great things to say about this location, but they didn’t put 1* meal out of 3 that I ordered in my Door Dash bag. The bag was sealed with tape, so I know it wasn’t the dasher. Pretty disappointing because there’s nothing they can do as I called to ask how to resolve the issue or get a refund. Pretty much, just deal with losing money.
