Susie was our waitress. Very attentive, great personality. Able to answer every question (we had many). I wish they had Diet Coke! The Mardi Gras margarita was the bomb. Thank you Susie for all the suggestions

I’d probably give a 3.5 if I could. We were seated immediately during the week. We decided to sit outside by the kids play area which was really cool for younger kiddos. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and helpful when we were trying to decide on what to order.
Our biggest problem was the food. My husband ordered the crispy fish sandwich which was supposed to come with a crispy haddock fish patty on a butter bun accompanied by waffle fries. It was basically flavorless. Not a pinch of seasoning anywhere on the sandwich. The patty was soggy which in turn made the butter bun soggy which then fell apart. It was a total mess. Fries were good. I ordered the fried chicken tacos and found them to be alright but the chicken to tortilla ratio was so off that most of my bites were lacking chicken – just tortilla and pico de gallo. I wouldn’t order that again. We did enjoy our fried pickles but wish they were fried pickle SPEARS as they’re superior.
The service was great, location was nice especially the kids play area but not sure I’d come back because the food was lackluster.

Went here for a birthday lunch with my wife and daughter. My wife and daughter shared a salad and some shrimp tacos. I was torn between ordering a burger and the coconut shrimp. I finally went with the coconut shrimp and I must say it was some of the best I have ever had. I order that dish quite often. It was prepared differently than most. Great flavor and crust on the shrimp, the rice and veggies complimented the shrimp very well. Wife and daughter also enjoyed their food as well. Trey was a great server who checked on us from time to time. Will definitely come back when we visit our daughter, to try some other dishes. Finally found a place deserving of 5 starts and more. Thank you for the great food and service.

We got the Chimicurri Steak! Man! It was soooo good! Cooked to perfection with a great taste! We also got some lemon pepper Wings! Totally recommend it.

I’m new to Texas and been wanting to try this spot, I’ve never had a black bean burger and decided to try it, it was the best flavorful burger I’ve ever had. Susie was amazing and very knowledgeable of the menu. Definitely will be back!

Wife and I finally decided to come here for our Sunday lunch. I have to say The Spot did an amazing job designing and decorating this location as inside is really nice. Lots of TVs , music wqs great, and they have a huge bar. We were greeted and seated immediately upon waking in. Waitress took our drink orders along with our appetizer order. We ended up getting the cheese sticks, some boneless wings, and chips/queso. The chips and queso were really good!! Cheese sticks honestly was my least favorite. They are just way took big and by the time you get them and bite into them, its like eating a hard blob of cheese. Boneless chicken wings were great!! Fir main courses my wife ordered the seafood platter I belive it was which comes loaded with like 6 different things or so. Wife loved it!! I ordered the double smash burger along with the fish and chips. Out of the two I would say the burger was the better choice. Fish was ok as the breading is thick and just soaks up so much grease you never have a crispy bite. I finished off the meal with one of the mega shakes. I chose the cinnamon churro one which was absolutely amazing. Overall the visit was a great visit and food was good. I wouldn’t say I was blown away by any of the food where I just had to come back again. However, I would suggest you give this place a try if your in the area.

Our visit was great. The server Crystal was very nice. She answered any questions we had about the menu. I ordered a Corona N.A. with lime which was a nice plus to my meal. I have not seen that available elsewhere. Food was hot and delicious, the happy hour appetizer was huge. Tip generously. Highly recommend this place!

This was me and my mom’s first time coming here, we aren’t from here in Texas but have heard a lot of good things about this place. And when I tell you this was one of the best places I’ve been to eat in Texas! And the service was top notch!!! My waitress Suzie was so sweet and very attentive!! I will definitely be coming back here to eat again and try something new on the menu!!!

Loved our food! Fried pickles, onion rings, an ocean water, a lettuce wrap burger and fries to boot. Service from Suzie was incredible! She was funny, warm, and caring. It’s everything you want in a sit-down experience. Good ambience. Good food. Good people.
