We came across this establishment completely by accident and are so happy we did. I got the brisket sandwich and the fried green tomatoes and my wife got the turkey salad sandwich. Everything was excellent! The brisket sandwich was juicy and tender and had the perfect amount of seasoning and smoke. The wife loved her sandwich as well. I highly recommend this great restaurant!

The food is always fresh, has great flavor, and is a great portion! I’ve eaten in the restaurant, and I’ve done door dash, all many times, all without complication. I love that everything is priced so you can customize what you want easily. I am able to pay only for what I want, which is awesome. I have not had a single thing from here that I didn’t like. Their ribs, fat fries, brisket, pork, corn casserole, beans, even the bread .. all most excellent! It’s a casual setting that’s spacious, clean and friendly. I highly recommend!!!

Wow! Unbelievable BBQ. Probably one of the best in this area. I ordered chopped brisket and spicy fried pickles. The brisket was flavorful(no sauce needed) and extremely tender. The spicy fried pickles were great. Loved the spice.. Service was amazing and the young lady taking the orders was very friendly and courteous. Will be coming back for sure..

We had fried pickles, smoked turkey, sliced brisket, Mac and cheese, chopped pork and fat fries. Everything was delicious and smoked perfectly. They give you big portions, so you definitely get your money’s worth. Do not just drive by this place, definitely worth stopping.

Delicious food, I truly love this place. Not sure about all the negative reviews because the food there is extremely good and fair priced especially in today’s economy. My friend ordered from here and went to pick it up and there was a situation that happened with the food that I’m really not going to speak on because things happen, and they were quick to resolve the issue. Other restaurants would have gotten real defensive and would not have taken accountability but they did and that’s truly awesome and speaks on their character. Keep up the great work and the delicious food!

We were in the mood for BBQ and on our way to Winter Haven. We were going to try another place but something about Smokin’ OX just stood out. So, we headed there. Friendly staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. The menu is nothing fancy but to the point! Everything is priced individually and you can get what you want and however much you want. From 1/4 pound of any meat to 1 pound. Large and small size sides. I got the pork, mac and cheese, and corn casserole. My husband got pork, brisket, okra, and green beans. We also ordered the fried pickles. And we got some bread as well. The pork and brisket were tender and juicy and delicious. The sides were delicious as well! The barbecue sauces were tangy and flavorful. We will be back!
