We support your decision to wear a mask or not, whatever makes you feel safest, but please note we don’t require our staff or our customers to wear them.

Our server didn’t do much but the other lady took great care of us. Food was fantastic! The Shrimp & Grits were different than I have had before but they were delicious! Will definitely be back!

A wonderful, family owned restaurant in a quiet, “Old Florida” village. All menu items are locally sourced and very fresh. The seafood is absolutely outstanding. Adult beverages are available. The food is prepared to order so relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Nancy, who is in the restaurant daily, is an outstanding server and is a “walking encyclopedia” of the area. Was such a pleasant experience. We are looking forward to visiting again real soon.

Waitress never came to check drinks couldn’t even get butter for the grits . ate what I could of the meal without anything to drink . They was very rude to two young lady’s that came in made them wait for 3 other tables that got there after them to take their order . would not recommend it’s truly sad the the people working in the kitchen making good food are represented by such poor service on the floor . There’s another restaurant in town next time I go I will try their establishment

Staff was super engaging and friendly. Food was seasoned perfectly with a light crispy batter (just like I like it). The timing from order to cook was really quick. Dessert was an added bonus. Y I u have to try the red velvet cake or key lime pie!

Me and my family went out to eat here, I ordered shrimp and grits. Before going in to the restaurant we had just had a fun time and we’re hungry going into this with a great mood. The restaurant the employees were not welcoming and were giving us rude looks going in. When it came out I already knew I was not going to eat it because it was completely liquid with no grits even in it. It looked like straight cheese with scraps of veggies in it. I am NOT a picky person but it looked like my dogs throw up. All of the employees were sitting down eating and we waited a while before anyone even came up to us. Which I had no problem eating other foods, the staff was completely rude when paying asking the lady who brought us the bill who then cut us off talking saying “you need the waitress” walking away. Then when the waitress comes up she was not happy about it never asked anything about the food, I had just shown her that I didn’t even touch it and that you could see how I had the other family members food on my plate because I was hungry and could not stomach what was in that bowl. if we could take it off of the bill, if not that’s okay and would pay for it. She just had said I don’t think so but I’ll check. Walked away to the back and came back and told us across the seating saying we can replace it with something else. The point of the story I’ve never been to a more horrible staffed place. The younger girl employee sitting with her friend kept looking at us and starring talking about us along with all of the older waitresses. We felt completely uncomfortable when simply I would just not feed anyone the stuff they put in the bowl of those shrimp and grits. Then when leaving after waiting fifteen minutes for the Alfredo the waitress asked if I wanted to leave the tip on the card. Yes I still tipped because I’m not as unkind as everyone there was to me and my family but this place is completely horrible and I will never be going back. Leaving the restaurant we all were completely amazed at how rude they were.

The shrimp-boat is an amazing restaurant, all fresh and local! The service and food is excellent! The atmosphere is a very welcoming and kind environment. The servers are amazing and the cooks do an excellent job. The best place to eat for any occasion!

I am a native to this area but I brought friends with me that had never been here before. These people were so rude and not hospitable at all towards them and all of the servers sat down and ate food while gossiping about us and then when we asked to replace food that looked inedible it got even worse. Then the waitresses asked us to tip when they never check on us and were rude to our faces and were making a scene when we were just trying to have a nice meal. Very unprofessional and we were very uncomfortable because they kept staring at us while talking badly about us and making comments when we were being very polite and offered to just pay for the food that we didn’t even eat if it was an issue. I will never be going here again it was so embarrassing because I was showing my friends what a great town it was and then they got treated like a stray dog. It was awful. I would also like to add that is was the only restaurant in town so I guess that made them feel like it was okay to act that way bc customers had no where else to eat without having to drive half an out out of town. I could not believe how expensive it was for how bad the service and food was. I use to love that restaurant but now they have taken advantage of the fact that they have no competition. It’s just sad.

We ordered the shrimp boat the shrimp scampi was microwaved rubbery and covered in so old bay seasoning we couldn’t even eat them and tried to explain to day shift waitress black hair and in her 50s but she blamed it on me and when I asked for the cheese grits she said that the order was completed and wouldn’t change it even though the bag never left the restaurant yet un believe able! Horrible day shift!Don’t waste your $ at this hole in ground and mean old ladies
