Yesterday, I ordered a custom burger for the first time. I order a double meat, with cheddar and provolone, and DOUBLE bacon, on Texas toast. When I got my burger, there was no provolone cheese or double bacon. There was minimal cheddar cheese in between the meats and only 2 slices of bacon. They were folded up in the middle and mushy. I’ve always had a great experience with the bar service and drinks, but the service staff at the tables is horrible. The hostess staff is extremely rude. They are young and ignorant, but act as if they are superior and talk to customers with such rudeness, I’ve seen people simply walk out. The bar has great staff. Always great at the bar, but the kitchen is suffering from lazy work and incorrect orders. The floor table staff is lacking in knowledge about the food and very slow getting orders in and out. So disappointed with this single visit as so much was seen that is completely unacceptable.

My family has eaten in the restaurant before and for the most part we had a great experience. This time we did an online order and the quality was terrible. First we ordered 2 nachos with no tomatoes. They were both full of them. Next the were as dry as the Sahara. Furthermore, we found a crouton and raw french fries embedded in the cheese. Gross! Last, one order of nachos was missing guacamole AND sour cream!!! For $11 these nachos don’t live up to their expectations. Such a disappointment! ☹️ The burger was good but the wings were dripping oil. For our family, this $70 order was mediocre at best. In my opinion, never order online !!!!

We had such a great experience at The Shack — the food was delicious, but what really made our visit stand out was the service. Iliana was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made sure our drinks were always filled, checked in at the perfect times (not too often, not too little), and even gave great recommendations. Iliana’s warm personality and professionalism truly elevated our meal. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for her again!

We went on a Friday evening around 6PM, party of 6. All the TVs were on, music was playing, every table was full. There were plenty of servers. The food was really good, the drinks were also pretty good. Maybe a little inconsistent. I’m not sure if there were two bartenders or what. But either way, nothing too crazy. It was busy. We were there for maybe an hour and a half. We didn’t wait too long for drinks or food considering how busy it was. I would come back!

I have been to The Shack on multiple occasions, however this was the first time I tried the newly open Shack on Eastlake! Upon arrival it wasn’t busy, (just before lunch). They had great music playing and the staff were friendly from the beginning. We ended up sitting outside which was probably the best option! It wasn’t too cold or too hot. They do have fans outside however I believe they were not on!
Our server was pretty good! We ordered our food and got it rather quickly. Half way In our visit, business began to pick up. The food is always as delicious as it is at the other shacks.
I really liked how they added the outside patio that shares with the Slice next door! It’s unique and one of a kind! I will definitely continue to come here now that we have one in horizon!

I had such a great experience thanks to our server, Ebony. From the moment we sat down, she was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She checked on us just the right amount, made sure everything was perfect, and had such a positive, welcoming attitude that really made our meal even better. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does she went above and beyond, and because of her, we’ll absolutely be coming back.

My family and I love to come to the Shack, its close to our house. Has great variety options of food aside from the wings. The servers and hostesses are very attentive to your needs. Emily the hostess assisted me with a request to accommodate my baby at a very busy time. Their customer service is great!

I ate today at The Shack and had a great experience, largely thanks to our server, Gianna. From the moment we sat down, Gianna was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She knew the menu, offering great recommendations and answering all our questions. Our drinks were always refilled, and she checked in on us just the right amount without being intrusive. Gianna’s great service made it a memorable visit. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope Gianna will be there to serve us again!
