The food was absolutely delicious. It was hot and tasted freshly made. I purchased a large tray in the hopes of eating some now and the next day but I totally overate, lol. I also don’t eat plantains because they normally taste like bananas to me, but these had a different flavor to them therefore, I was able to take a bite. I will definitely be back. My large oxtail tray plus the macaroni was $34 (not bad at all).

Great levels of spice and flavor. Got the oxtail and jerk chicken plates and they did not disappoint. Great vegetarian options as well!
Quality eats that remind me of Caribbean places in NYC. Good service and can’t wait to go back.

I had the jerk chicken for lunch which was good then I order a side of jerk wings which was extremely cold and tasted old. The food is expensive. My total was $35 for a large jerk chicken, rice and peas, and 5 jerk wings. I was very upset when I got home because you know your wings were cold. I won’t be going back.

This was some of the best Caribbean food I’ve had since living in Georgia. The food was extremely fresh hot and the meat was very tender. The food was flavorful and not over seasoned the sauce that they use was very delicious. I had the curry goat, rice, and peas, and cabbage. All of it was absolutely delicious. Also, the homemade mango passion fruit juice was very good. The entire restaurant was very clean and customer service was very good. I recommend dining here.

This is one of my favorite Jamaican Restaurants. Highly recommend. I’m vegan now and most of their vegetables are vegan friendly. I love their chickpeas.
Before I went vegan I use to eat their curry chicken which was also delicious!

Well, other then one particular young lady, the service was great.
The food is cooked and then left to sit in heaters. My wings were DRY, the plantains were dry, (they replaced the plantains with fresh ones) However, it was obvious to me that if you’re able to get the food fresh, it’s going to be the absolute BEST! The flavor was EXCELLENT. The patties were DELICIOUS!!!! So…. Other than the one young lady who appeared to be uninterested in serving anyone, everyone else was super nice.

Food was good, I ordered oxtail, Rasta pasta, chicken curry, and brown stew chicken. The Mac and cheese was a bit bland, The restaurant was esthetically pleasing, loved the decor, the service was great. They were not stingy with gravy either. If you know you know! I will be returning to trying something different.

I came here last night and the food was so good I had to come back again tonight. It’s so good to find a Caribbean place that offers vegetarian options . The black eyed peas were so good. Spinach rice 10/10. Everything overall was delicious. It was also nice to have pleasant people serving

Upon arrival the atmosphere was good, I ordered jerk chicken and I asked if it was grilled or baked, my husband asked again and she stated very firmly grilled. Cool,,, I got home and the jerk chicken was smoked with very hot seasoning on it. Needless to say I didn’t enjoy it. I can’t go by reviews because everyone had different taste and standards. Coming from NYC Whiteplains Road area they set the bar. I think ppl should be honest when a question is asked. Again this is just my opinion however everyone continue to enjoy it.

Great spot for locals in McDonough. I’m usually picky about where I go for Caribbean dishes, but this place wasn’t to bad. If your picky about being greeted at an establishment, don’t let that hinder you elsewhere. It’s always a good touch to greet your customers upon entry, it heightens the consumers experience. On the other hand, it’s very noticeablely clean upon entry I will give them that for sure, you can smell all the “Addikitive Flavors” in the air.
I got the curry chicken with spinach rice and yams. Everything was good with the exception of the candied yams, I was missing the consistency. Some yams were soggy and others were harder. The chicken had varying temperatures throughout the dish for some reason but was still good. I also got a beef patty to go which was excellent. It was hot and ready to go, which is how I like my food.
Overall it was an OK experience. But I think I’m going to stick with my “go to”. Thanks
