Lately the quality at this location has really gone down. Someone needs to learn how to cut a pizza every slice is different… some really small some really big. I ordered a sandwich tonight and I don’t know if there eyes were closed when they cut it, but how can you serve food like this did you throw the sandwich around before delivering? Your customers pay good money to eat here. The pizza was burnt to to it off. There are other options close by, and that’s who we will be getting pizza from after this.

If it’s not refunded, it will be a one-star. Took almost 3 hours. From an online order to my house. And by the 2nd hour, I called for a refund so I could go somewhere else to eat. The drive showed up on the 3rd as I was warming up my car. I took pizza because why not im hungry. Honestly, if I got my pizza on time, I’d still be disappointed. The pizza cutter must have been higher than kite with his bite size pizza. Busy or not, this is professional.

Have ordered carside delivery from this location and never had an issue until tonight. I checked in when tracker showed my pizza was ready like I’ve always done. 30 seconds later they tured off their 2 minute timer and tracker showed my order as complete, but I had NO Pizza. Waited about 5 minutes because I could see that they were busy and then I finally called the store. It took them almost 10 minutes to answer their phone and when they did all I got was an attitude from the girl on the other end. Told me it wasn’t her problem someone turned the timer off and she couldn’t help me because they were too backed up. When I asked to speak to a manager above her SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Had to flag down a delivery driver to see if he could help me because now it had been almost 20 minutes and still no pizza. Dave went above and beyond to help me and did find my order. Bad part was its not even edible now because it’s cold and sat out for over 20 minutes. I’m not eating chicken that’s been on a counter for 20 minutes. We usually go here 3 or 4 times a month, but we won’t be going back now!!!!

Very very busy location. I’m impressed while setting waiting through the rush( cold weather and a Friday evening) . They were slammed and on the grind. Mistakes were made, not on my order. Not yet. I ordered a pizza specifically requesting no garlic butter on the crust because my partner has a sensitivity. I received a pizza with garlic butter so I asked them to remake it. I watched the guy accidentally put garlic butter on the remade one too. Then he got so mad when he realized he messed up that he threw the pizza to the side and didn’t bother to tell me or remake it again for me. So I went in questioning what’s going on and he acted like he didn’t know and proceeded to try to give me the one that he messed up and had left to sit there. At this point I just demanded a refund. I just moved in this area and unfortunately I won’t be back to this Dominos for a long time. I don’t appreciate the inability for your employees to read orders properly, and for the lack of empathy and lying on the employees part. Unacceptable!

Order a medium ham and pineapple pan pizza, pizza was doughy didn’t have barley any sauce. But hey my lava cakes are on point lol . Had them replace the pizza still with doughy. Won’t be ordering from them again
