Spectacular we’ve been Here twice and it just keeps getting better, The Boneless wings are a can’t miss just like the chipped steak subs!!!! And Nicole our server who was our server both times was Truly exceptional, The owners would be incredibly proud to know She does a truly awesome job caring for your guests and Anyone who comes in would be lucky to Have Her Serve their table!!!! The staff is always committed to consistently bringing great flavors with customer service that’s really outstanding, Everyone Here really deserves such appreciation for all their hard work, and job very well done I know we enjoy it so much and always look forward to returning soon, It’s always a great choice to stop In Here and enjoy one of their signature dishes or their specials, on the weekends they do a fun chefs choice on rotation, Which keeps things creative and interesting, Nicole was really deserving of every Kind word I can think of and Think this is someone who the owners would be glad to know the great work she does and how she treats the Guests With a warm welcome always, Even the other young lady who might be a Server also on the restaurant non-bar side, even though she’s never been our server she always has a kind Hello and warm welcome in, there’s even a shorter lady who is always running around from the back to the front with black curly hair tyed back with an earbud in and she’s always so friendly and always has a smile also no matter how hard the work she’s doing is she always takes a moment for a kind Hello and “How are you” It’s a very friendly, warm inviting place, the food is great, Nicole is truly a five star server all the way and the team does a great job making this an experience I’d always be happy to give the highest rating possible to, Five stars 10/10 or 100% worthwhile give it a try and to the owners please give everyone there a sincere “thank you” for a job well done and a career that feels rewarding to each of them because they’re very specia people who work hard and deserve the very best like the treatment they show up and give your guests

Excellent service, excellent food and incredibly fast. Granted it was a Monday for an early lunch but it literally was under five minutes from entry to served entree. Also, I Judge places by how well they compared to my mother and when I ate the fries, they tasted exactly like my mother’s and she is an amazing cook. Well done. I will be back

This place is amazing. The service is great and the people are friendly. The food is AMAZING. I’m stuck on the buffalo chicken cheese steak and I’ve tried it elsewhere and no where compared to THE SANDWICH FACTORY !!!! They’re the best. Fresh dressing , fresh cut fries (that taste like boardwalk fries) everything is great here ! Must try and the owners are here daily and they’re daughters as well ! Family based for sure ! They also have a bar and such nice bartenders and beer to go. If I could give more stars I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I Went here with my son to watch a football game. The Place was packed. No complaints about the food. The cheesesteak was better than I anticipated. The pizza was okay. Nachos were good as well. Service depends on the server you get I suppose. I know it was busy but I never received a refill and watched a whole football game.
Overall, it’s Not a bad place to check out.

Love this place. The blue cheese is bomb and the waffle fries are the best. Great atmosphere. Fun on the weekends to go out, music, dance, karaoke and pool. Also nice place to watch sport games. Been going there often for years

Wonderful food! Great atmosphere! But…………sitting at the bar for happy hour….which is the busiest time of the day..Jen the bartender is beyond miserable. Very distracted. The only time she paid any attention to everyone was 6:00 when she needed everyone to tab out. If she needs to do that for her tips..figure out a different system.

Hostess was wonderful helping me find my table that was already seated prior. Waitress took half hour to come to the table after I sat. After that we didn’t see her for over an hour. I had to go to the bartender to assist with drinks because of not finding waitress. Food was great, the bingo is a lot of fun.

I’ll tell you right now, I am not a fan of grilled chicken, ham, or honey mustard. That said, I absolutely LOVE their Chicken Cordon Bleu cheese steak. I can’t go to that place without ordering it. I’d stop by to pick up food if I’m just in the Lititz area. They have weekly specials to try other things, but the bread for their subs will keep you coming back.

First time ever here and took advantage of Wing Night. Very hearty, meaty and well flavored wings. Ordered 2 dozen and brought some home to snack on. Really good! The lot was full as was the establishment which is always a good sign of a quality restaurant. Will be back!
