We wanted some ice cream so stopped to get a shake and the new Halloween sundae. We waited 20 minutes only to be told the shake machine was not working. He replaced it with another Halloween sundae. This is what it looks like. Nothing like the pics or even close to it and halfway full. Not going to BK again after this. I guess it’s what you get for a fast food joint.

Not sure how they are getting positive reviews because I have yet to relate! Every single time I come here there’s a problem. Something is missing, poor customer service or just no food to be had! The last time I came here they were open, but not serving food. Really? It was barely 9 at night. Just seemed like pure laziness or maybe their manager left them alone. I then order Door dash for family at home. I stupidly ordered a bacon king at that. My husband showed me the burger. I was so shocked. No sauce, no bacon. What even is this burger if not the bacon king!?! The sticker literally shows what the burger should contain,and it contains nothing. This was definitely the last straw for me though. Waiting for A.I to take their jobs so I can finally get some service.

Orders take 15 minutes to come out, bathroom disgusting, and workers joking around making 1 sandwhich at a time. Takes forever, could went to a sit down restaurant. One of these orsers is waiting 24minutes. Managment needs to whip this place into shape its a disgrace. Finally got my order at 18 minutes, and from the general manager herself! I question her managerial skills if its like this while shes here working. Id give benefit of the doubt but considering other reviews, this seems the norm.

Service is anything but fast, food was cold when I got it and when I asked if there was anything to be done I was told be grateful for what I got. 4 people standing around on their phones not doing anything while 1 guy is at like 3 stations in the back. 2 guys passing around cigarettes in the back by the drive through too. Be warned… there’s a hip hop chicken across the street I’d rather have gone there.

This place was filthy, and had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. There were no other customers in there but me. Took a few minutes for the to even acknowledge that I was there. Then they made my food and let it sit in the window for almost ten full minutes while they ignored me. Cars started showing up in the drive thru and they took all their orders while mine still sat there as if I didnt exist. The food was cold and gross. They were rude, and I couldn’t stop looking at all the trash on the floor. Never again.

I just ordered a #1 with cheese and a spicy royal chicken sandwich meal. Problem is they gave me a little chicken wrap instead of a big chicken SANDWICH. Then they try to tell me the royal chicken is a wrap. Trying to tell me this 1 little wrap meal cost the same as a sandwich meal. If you don’t know the difference between a wrap and a sandwich, you shouldn’t be working there.

This location has thieves and are lucky I dont get cops involved. Gave dude three 5 ‘s and one 10 do the match 5×3=15 and 10+15 and my meal was 20.01 should’ve gotten 5 or 4.99 back cause I had a penny either way. Don’t pay cash here unless you want to cops involved.

The establishment was freshly cleaned when I walked in. They had a great deal on breakfast sandwiches which is what i came for. The service was promptly handled and the cashier was very personable. The breakfast sandwiches were so good I ate them fast. I love burger king. They really are the king of burgers, and breakfast sandwiches too apparently.

This is the only place I ate yesterday, and now I have food poisoning with diarrhea and vomiting. On top of that, they told me the ice machine was down. You would think my drink would be strong, but it tasted like water; they must have added water to make the drink look fuller. I will never come back to this location.
