The sentimental, subdued style of the supper club mirrors its namesake’s personality and demeanor. One of Oklahoma City’s most celebrated chefs, Russ Johnson was named “Best Chef” by his peers for Best Chefs America and was nominated for “The People’s Best New Chef,” an annual list of America’s up-and-coming chefs.
Nostalgic American eatery serving a ’50s-inspired menu in red-&-gold environs with a kitschy patio.

Really cool place. Definitely try it out. The food was very good. We had the amazing burger, SW burger, and beef stroganoff.
My issue was the menu has “gluten free” options but when they brought out the SW burger with no bun, there were breaded/fried jalapeño strips. My friend has celiac and unfortunately thats a big deal. They fixed it. I ordered Brussels sprouts, even asked the waitress about them and she still brought me fries, no sprouts, and charged me for them. The drinks were good and they have decent happy hour too.

This place is very cool. Retro look and great ambiance. The absolute best part of the whole experience is the food! They have THE BEST food that you will ever get at a bar. I had the Lamb burger, and my wife had the trout. I loved my burger, but when I tried her trout, that meal could have been at a fine dining establishment! Check out the pics…

It was a perfect date night for my wife and I. We spent a heavy amount but it was worth it (we had multiple cocktails a piece and food). We wanted to try all the appetizers. They all looked amazing. The cocktails were awesome and the food was great. We loved the throw back cocktails and bar food. The staff were all excellent and the place is very inviting.

I REALLY liked it on Sunday. Came back bc I kept thinking about the steak and it just wasnt good this time. Plus I think the bartender purposely kept $20 of my change. When I brought it to her attention she didnt bat an eye or blink and just said let me get you that $20! Idk just felt like she was going to pocket it later.

I REALLY wanted to love this place!! But I was so disappointed! I was visiting from out of town and needed a place to meet with some friends for dinner & drinks that offered gluten free food. The chicken fried steak was suggested as they use rice flour and GF gravy. The meal came and was just not good. There was flavor in the mashed potatoes we couldn’t put our finger on. It was an odd, tangy, not sour cream, but similar. The chicken fried steak and the gravy were extremely bland. No flavor to either. The green beans were…okay I guess. Being GF limits most foods from my diet, so when I find a place that offers a meal I would normally not be able to consume, it’s exciting. This meal was a huge disappointment.
The drinks were small and the alcohol watered down. It would be such a neat place if they just stepped up their game.
I did not see the bill as my date paid for it. Meals ran in the $20-$30 range. I do not know what the drinks cost.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to experience this place like we wanted. Saw a few photos and thought this retro pub looked amazing. Went there and managed to get two drinks at the bar before sitting down at a table expecting to get a server to wait on us. After sitting there for a half an hour, we finally got up and left as NO ONE and I mean NO ONE ever came to our table. No menus, no water, no waiter, no server, nothing. Zero, zilch, nada. We didn’t even see anyone that looked like they worked there ever walk through the place. The other patrons had drinks and food already on their table, but they also appeared to have been sitting there for quite a while. Lucking we had cash, so we could pay the ONE bartender for the drinks we had. If we didn’t, we probably would have walked out without paying, if I’m being honest. It wouldn’t have been because we didn’t want to pay, it would have been because there was simply no one there to bring us a check or take our credit card. So disappointing……

I believe we have eaten the entire menu and have yet to be disappointed.
The bacon is my go to after a hard day/bad day/good day. I’m not sure who came up with bacon, thyme, honey and blue cheese but they deserve a fast pass to heaven.
I’d also vote the crème brûlée as best in the city.
A must stop when I have friends or family in town.

Top of line place! Such a vibe. Drinks are great, and the food is AMAZING.
Plenty of seating for everyone, outside more than inside. Staff is kind and attentive. Can’t believe it’s taken me years to finally come. Now I can’t stop! All of the food we got was incredible. Very flavorful, great portions, and solid prices!
Parking can be a pain but it’s worth it.

It’s an experience so be patient! Food and drinks fantastic ! Must stop by this not-so+secret… secret. Definitely try ALL the seasonal cocktails and grab a relish plate to begin. You will not be disappointed. If you haven’t had collard green kimchi you are not living.

I love the people there. Chef Brad is awesome, pretty rough ribeye though…8 oz ribeye, 5 oz of fat, great Brussels sprouts and always phenomenal service.
We’ll get ’em next time on that ribeye, thanks again, guys. 🙂
