This KFC location is NOT the best. I’ve ordered on the app here and they forgot some of my food when I ordered a side and desserts I remember and didn’t get my order right. Plus, I came though the drive thru here many ti.es and the place got my order wrong here and there. Also, this place used to be better when they had the buffet. Now this locations parkinglot sucks too and the staff are a 3.

We stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for service. Everyone in back made eye contact at least once, but refused to even acknowledge us. One woman came in through the staff door to the counter area, laughed at someone else’s comment, closed the door and went away. Not a single “We’re busy, please be patient,” gesture, or “Someone will be with you shortly.” We may as well have not existed. There were at least 5 people in back and one single table of inside guests.

I went to get the returning Honey BBQ chicken. tried to use 1 of the 2 koisk to order, but I did not want a drink with my meals. after waiting at counter for 15 minutes with no help. I left. My husband said let’s try the drive-through. I said, can I get the BBQ chickem without it being a combo. He said SURE! what do you want. I ordered a 3 piece ckicken and then ordered another 3 pc for my husband. He said white or dark meat? I said, “It doesn’t matter.”
Also ordered a large cole slaw. What we opened when we got home was 6 chicken wings with BBQ sauce and cole slaw….REALLY????

I ordered dinner for my family paid over 60$ for the meal only received half my items. When I called about not receiving my items they were rude and hung up on me. I was not rude. I didn’t yell. I just wanted the items I paid for and received the worst service ever.

As far as I know this is my first visit here and have decided to never return. I have not even tried my food yet. Cashier was nasty. 7/25/16 6:58 pm. I feel cheated. She asked me if I wanted a fill up but I didn’t and i should have. But she turned it around because I asked for large lemonade, but gave me medium. So I got both.

Cashier was friendly. The lobby and doorway are filthy. The floor looks it missed a week or two visit of the mop and there is trash everywhere.. One of the workers used profanity. A customer has been waiting a long time to be helped and they are just ignoring him. One of.the workers burned her finger and laughed about it. Hopefully that means she’s ok. The customer has left now. The kitchen is also filthy. Trash everywhere. However the food is really good. Hot and everything.

If you value your health please DO NOT GO to this KFC location at 3816 State Blvd. I paid $32.26 for food that was inedible! When I got home I discovered that the two Pepsi drinks I ordered had no flavor. They tasted of mold and cleaning solution. The two chicken strip meals that I ordered were disgusting. The meat was so tough and not from being crispy. They were gross I thought I might have better luck with the famous bowl that I ordered, unfortunately that too was disgusting. The chicken tasted old and flavorless and I barely had any gravy in the bowl. I called and spoke with the manager about these issues and he was rude and expressed no concern. When I told him about the Pepsi drinks, he nonchalantly said oh well…only thing I can do is give you replacement drinks if you come back up here. He said he could do nothing else and could not give me a refund. Worst customer service experience ever. I will Never eat at KFC again!!! I hadn’t been to KFC in years and this ruined it for me. If you are the franchise owner of this location, please be aware that I am contacting corporate.

Ordered a 3piece big box and a side of fries. Pulled out to check my order and they did not put the 2 sides in the box. Only 3 pieces of chicken and these are the tiniest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. The French fries were cold and a large was half full. The doors to the dining area were locked even though it said they were open. NEVER coming back here again!!!

Paid 10 dollars per meal. The darker one with pickles is Nashville heat has no sauce on it the other two meals the chicken tasted of old oil. When I called to speak with a manager they were rude and said they personally checked these meals them hung up when I asked to speak to their supervisor this is the only review I’ve ever written on a business but it’s also the first time I’ve been this dissatisfied in the food service and customer service of a place.
