Barely any sauce on the chicken. The portions were the worst I’ve ever seen at a teriyaki spot, seriously looked like someone had already eaten out of my box before I got it. Probably half the size of what you normally get anywhere else. On top of that, it was overpriced for mid food. The teriyaki had no flavor, nothing like their Tacoma counterpart, which actually hooks you up and has more menu options. If I were you, I’d skip this place and drive the extra couple miles to the Tacoma location instead. I had already given a tip. Never doing that again without checking how much Ive been served.

Decent food. Poor service
We asked for one water no ice, never got it, no big deal. They brought food for our group of five. I never got mine at all.
And there was only two other tables they were serving with three different servers.
Pretty disappointed

I am unsure how this place has any good stars.
Food: awful, bland, crunchy rice, no taste in the teriyaki.
Service: unfriendly and money hungry. When we sat down we were told that 15% gratuity would be added to tables with six or more people (we had 7). Why would you not tell someone that when they call to tell you seven people will be coming in, we at least gave a heads up the least that could be done is the same.
No, you want to get people in the door and then tell them.
Also, I’d love to know what kind of sense that makes when you have to stand in line to pay your bill yourself, you have to ask for more drink and follow up isn’t there. So what exactly am I tipping for? If we had sat at two different tables right next to each other it would be the exact same as pushing the tables together. All bills were separate.
Stay clear, $85 for bland and small portions. Go to Tacoma, the best pho lives there.
This place is overpriced and honestly – so so bad.

Great restaurant! Waitstaff are friendly! We got the steak/meatball/ brisket pho and it was so good! My son had the gyoza’s (potstickers), there was 8, and they were delicious too. Also the chicken fried rice was delicious, huge potion, probably can share one plate for 2 people!

We walked in but didn’t know if we have to sit ourselves or wait for the hostess to sit us down cause there’s no sign. There were customers that had left because its either they weren’t acknowledge or confuse about how it work. Food was good but the rice noodles was too overdone for my Pho tho it was tasty. Service was ok. Place is too small. Prices are reasonable.

Alright. Got our order wrong, but corrected it quickly.
Broth was meh. Okay for a quick bite, but I don’t know about regularly coming back.
Solid restaurant. Not glaringly bad, but not really standing out either and that’s fine.

A good Pho restaurant if you don’t want to travel to Tacoma or Lakewood. Had amazing pho broth, food tasted amazing, service was amazing.

Find a spot to sit if it’s dine-in, otherwise you order at the counter for take out.
The broth was nice & clear with good flavor. The flavor combo between the hot broth, noodle, fresh onion, brisket, & cilantro was really good & hit the spot! The plate of add-ons: basil, bean sprouts, lime, & jalapeno were fresh.
The banh mi had fresh French style bread that was crispy & airy.
They did not skimp on coconut jelly for the refreshing bubble tea!

I ordered the special pho, pork banh mi, beef with rice, and spring rolls. The pho was bland, there was no flavor to it didn’t taste like any of the herbs that should have been in the broth. The spring rolls were a disappointed , there were no traditional Vietnamese herbs just lettuce . The banh mi didn’t taste like it should have. The beef was overly sweet, more sweet than teriyaki and the meat was full of fat. The customer service was wonderful but we won’t be going back.

Been coming to Pho Tai for years now. Absolutely recommend the G-8 meal (see photos). The food is consistent in its excellent taste. My only complaint was that the floors could’ve been a bit more clean when I arrived at 330ish. You pay at the counter after you’re finished. Staff is overall friendly and willing to spare extra sauce and a box for your left overs. Very popular take out and late night dinning.
