I paid $17 for sushiritto which I regret later. It was packed with imitation crab meat with little to no rice. The flavor was unbalanced and not satisfying at all. I got miso soup which was decent and a small portion of Vons mixed salad with some vinegar sauce sprinkled on top.

Ordered the Rice Bento – a combo dish with 2 items, I got the Teriyaki Chicken and the California Rolls, served with a salad and a fried wonton. Calif Rolls tasted old, like they came off the market shelf. Teriyaki Chkn was fair over bed of white rice. Salad and wonton were just ok. Ordered side of Miso soup, it was blazing hot, came in a good sized container, and was perfect for washing a substandard meal out of my palet. Probably will not be back.

I was introduced to this place 6 years ago by a trusted source and instantly this became a favorite. I’ve never a bad experience. Always great customer service, food, reasonable prices and a dedicated staff. Seating is limited but an outside patio within 50 feet is an available option.

Yesenia has lousy customer service and she needs to be addressed by Management. She is miserable in that counter serving customers. I went there today and had a bad experience with her. She even started getting loud and rowdy.. All just because I asked if there was anything we can do to a order of Sushi that was not what was expected. She said there is nothing we can do.. She said she is the one that controls when there isn’t any management around.. I am an upset customer and this needs to be addressed as I am a paying customer.. Where is the customer service?

Had lunch here today. Overall I’d give it 3.5 stars… I mean it wasn’t great…but it wasn’t bad either. The ordering process was pleasant with friendly employees. I ordered a fountain drink and they have one of those machines that dispenses any soft drink you want at the touch of a button so that’s nice.
