Wonderful vegan food from a food truck. A great story to hear from Aria and Josh – the Rican Vegan creators.

Josh was incredibly welcoming and clearly puts a lot of passion into the food. It was very flavorful, well-seasoned, and overall delicious. We got the loaded tostones. I didn’t know vegan Latin food could be so good.

Only vegetarian/ vegan friendly food truck so decided to give it a try and WOW. So much better than expected. Very flavorful, my meat eating family tried and loved it as well. Friendly workers, and wait was less than 5 minutes. Beautiful presentation, very well done!

I got the Southern Rican and the Banging Tofu Bowl to share with my husband. The portions were sizeable and the flavor was out of this world. The food was also delivered quickly (even though there were a ton of people there) and everyone was so friendly. It was like picking up food from your best friend.
On top of that they provided a seating area with a pop up canopy for people to wait or eat at. They were also doing a raffle giveaway for customers! The dedication and love these people show for what they are doing is evident and I can’t wait to visit them again.
I didn’t even think to take a photo of the meal until it was halfway gone.

Without a doubt, hands down, the BEST VEGAN Food Truck I’ve ever visited…. Oh hell, I’ll go further than that….. This Puerto Rican Cuisine is 100% Vegan and puts ALL OTHER vegan restaurants (brick and mortar included) into second place. I was completely impressed with the clean tasting vegan plant based food. The Tacos were amazing – and well worth the price. Friendly and helpful when ordering. The food came out quickly. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever and if I could give them more than 5 stars I surely would !! A must eat at location when you see this truck parked and cooking ! We’ll definitely be back again and again!!

Absolutely fantastic and delicious plant-based food! Honestly it’s hard to find a vegan food option on the Emerald Coast but these guys deliver.
I got the tacos which are made with a “chicken” and topped with a verde sauce and fresh cilantro and red onions. If you are normally a meat eater this would definitely fulfill your appetite.
This little family owned food truck is well worth the stop. Friendly and fast service that is satisfying. I’ll be looking out for this food truck at local events and you should too!

I have been vegan for 7 years, and it’s hard to come by good plant-based food in this area. I am glad Wellness con Sabor is in the area now! The tangy tacos were so delicious. The soy protein was really good consistency. And the corn tortillas did not make me miss flour tortillas, they were made really well. Definitely recommend for vegans and non-vegans alike.

Josh is a true class act. I had the pleasure of meeting Josh and trying out his culinary offerings at the Styx music festival in October 2025. I have a genuine gluten allergy and his truck was a solid food option for me. I’m not a vegan by any measure of the scale. What Josh makes is downright outstanding and worth you trying out regardless of dietary preference or restriction. The fried tofu dish and taco platter especially knocked my socks off. Way to go, yo.
