Super lovely place to sit down and eat!! Bartenders are super friendly, I just asked for a water (they seem to be told to push water bottles), but a bartender was kind enough to get me a cup for water- I in turn attempted to tip him well, if that shows how good of a job they do just making everyone feel welcomed and satisfied! Haven’t tried anything mixed from them yet (I’m not a big drinker in general) but I sure want to now!

This is such a terrific stop… its wonderful to see a historic building like this find a new life. It’s obviously well known by locals as shown by the difficulty parking at lunch. The aisles between booths is a little cramped and makes it hard for people to stand and look at menu signs but if you can get past the claustrophobia it seems a terrific place to grab a meal or spend some time. Looking forward to going back sometime!

This establishment is actually located inside of a food hall(East Market). This is a bar that is connected to the food hall. You can purchase food from different vendors and bring it into this bar. There is a drink menu ranging from beer and wine to specialty cocktails. The bartenders are pleasant and attentive, which is the best part, you don’t have to TRY to get the bartenders attention.

It’s too bad this place can’t make up it’s mind and establish a consistent vibe. They might do more business. One night they’re playing country — which doesn’t suit the neighborhood AT ALL — another night they’ll be playing R & B or Pop. It drives me nuts, because I want to love this place but I can’t deal with the inconsistencies. I’d come here more if they if the bar had a better atmosphere.

Nice bar in the East Market, really good happy hour pricing, really nice vibe. Great place to park and watch a crew or buckeyes game, plus all the TVs you could want. In nicer weather there is outdoor seating, plus it’s attached to East Market so you can get any of the plentiful food options and bring them back to your table!

Massive bar located inside the East Market. Nice renovated high ceilings. Modernly decorated along with technology and nice wall decor. The Railhouse offers signature cocktails and signature shots. I tasted The Railhouse Signature Margarita and their signature shot, Get Railed. Both were deliciously impactful. Parking in the rear and free street parking. Nice and friendly staff. Decent prices. No food sold at The Railhouse, but you are welcome to dine there from the food purchased within the East Market. You may enjoy your drinks indoors and or outdoors as well as your meals.

The place is amazing. Very nice atmosphere, however; the bar service was absolutely not acceptable. It was on Friday of October 10th, 2025. My partner and I left to have drinks and food at Columbus brewery.

There’s one really great bartender!! The other 2 are kind of rude and don’t make good drinks. I keep giving them chances because I like trivia nights, but I think I’m done ordering drinks. This was the nastiest long Island I’ve ever had. It tasted like overly sweetened coke. Even on a slow night you will be ignored for forever trying to order a drink, and if you ask for a menu they get really annoyed for some reason

The ambiance of the Railhouse was certainly the highlight of the bar. Unfortunately, as others have mentioned, the service at the bar on a Saturday afternoon was subpar at best, (no table service when we were there as others have mentioned) with maybe only 1/3 capacity. Decent beer selection, cocktails, while creative, were just okay. A bit too sugar forward for our liking.
Wouldn’t add it to our new bar rotation, but would recommended it if you’re already at the market, and have time to wait for a drink.
