Great Food. I Got The Philly. Delicious. Wife Got The Crazy Train Burger. She Loved It. Kiddo Got Chicken Tenders. Fantastic. The Fries Were Great. Kinda Like Potato Wedges But Thinner. Definitely A Winner. I Got Voodoo Shrimp. Wife Got Fried Pickles For Appetizers. All Fantastic. Definitely Go There If You’re In Gadsden. Staff Was Super Friendly And We Got Our Food Quickly. Sweet Tea Was Extra Sweet. Exactly How We Like It.

We were greeted warmly by the staff when we entered and brought drinks immediately. The food was delicious and our waitress was cheerful and attentive. Our table had pimento cheese puffs for an appetizer, and they were served with pepper jelly. The serving was just right for the four of us. We had shrimp and grits (the grits were creamy and heavenly), grilled chicken sandwich (with some of the best fries!), and two of us had the cobia which was served with a lemon caper sauce, wild rice, and roasted Brussels sprouts. The fish was mild and the serving was generous. The collard greens were my only disappointment, although my husband liked them. They were a bit dry for my taste. Overall this was a delightful meal.

We enjoyed a delicious Sunday brunch at The Rail Public House. The food was delicious, especially the bacon bombs! Service was great and staff was very friendly. Our waitress, Anna, was amazing. She is a great waitress with the best personality and sweetest smile.
I would definitely suggest reservations.

Stopped here yesterday while traveling for brunch. Service matched the food. Everything was top tier. The complentary fruit before our meal was a nice touch. Great drink prices. I ordered a poinsetta and the shrimp and grits, Hubby ordered the breakfast platter and the kids got a waffle with bacon.

Tonight was our first time visiting The Rail but I hope it won’t be the last. From the atmosphere to the food to the service — everything was SPECTACULAR. We ordered drinks and the Spinach Dip appetizer which I thought was very good, but my wife didn’t care for it. The fried flour tortilla chips were unexpected but an excellent accompaniment to the dip. Our server (Skylar) listed the specials for the evening. All sounded wonderful but based on her recommendation, I chose the Sweet Heat Pork Chops with mashed potatoes and fresh veggie medley. My wife ordered the All American hamburger and fries. She was pleased with her selection. But, my oh my, the pork chops were wonderful — grilled to perfection surrounded by a buttery, sweet and spicy sauce. These were served along sides of red-skin mashed potatoes and garden fresh squash, zucchini and onion. Absolutely delicious. Even after such a fine meal, we succumbed to the allure of dessert; double dark chocolate cake and key lime pie. Both excellent. I highly recommend The Rail Public House and it will be high on my list of favorites, even if it is 1.5 hours away.

Came in for lunch today..app spinach dip was good AWESOME homemade chips light n crunchy not greasy at all. Meals were brisket grilled cheese VERY GOOD flavor on the brisket, toast was pretty dark(see pic) side was cheese grits which had ok flavor but a bit dry not creamy. Original fried chicken sandwich was juicy and flavorful but missing the tomato it says comes on the sandwich..side was fries wide and curly definitely a welcomed site crispy and good…overall not a bad place our waitress was attentive and polite and most likely we’d come back..

Great atmosphere! We’ve been here 2 times, both times ordering the filet mignon. The first time (a few months ago) everything was great, but last night neither of our steaks was a filet mignon. They were not good pieces of meat at all. They were cooked correctly but very tough and “chewy”. We both ate what we were served to keep from causing an issue but doubt we will be back due to this visit.

Service is awesome! Not the fastest on the actual food cooking but I assume everything is made fresh. And the wait is so worth it! The cheeseburger was delicious and juicy. A lot of places dry out the patties when it’s a well done burger. Not here-fantastic!!!

The sidewinder fries are also great and not greasy. And the mashed potatoes were perfectly seasoned and buttery good. The restaurant was clean. The music was mellow and the atmosphere was romantic, modern, historic, and classy all in one.

Food was wonderful. Not the same ole same ole. Just extra attention makes not only the food better but the service as well. We had a large group and the waitress never missed a step. She had a team around her waiting on our table and we waited for nothing. We were able to visit , eat, drink and fellowship as if we had catered that meal. Awesome service, food and atmosphere. Thank you team.

Wonderful place for casual grub. Not only the food was delicious but it was tastefully presented. The Pimento Cheese Puffs are addictive. The Crazy Train Burger was outstanding and those whimsically scallop-shaped French fries were excellent.
