We had an amazing brunch at the Quincy exchange. The food, drinks, and service were all excellent. Our group started with the incredible warm monkey bread which, avocado toast and a round of mimosas (which are a bit pricey but good). For mains we had the open faced omelette, burger and crab Benedict – all delicious mains. Highly recommended – we can’t wait to go back!

Came here with my parents for father’s day when we’re visiting Corning. The food is absolutely delicious, and our server Doug is very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend, especially the ribeye and pasta.

We live in Corning and usually eat here for special occasions. We loved how they paid their staff a living wage (and so no tips were expected). Prices were quite a bit higher because of this.

I had an amazing Birthday Dinner at The Quincy Exchange! Thank you Kelly O’Conner for the amazing hospitality. The restaurant sits in an old bank and is beautifully decorated.

Food was great, but it took really long to get our entree. It seemed like a kitchen issue. Our servers were very attentive.

The food was incredibly good!! The pasta was just delicious as well as everything else. The only thing we did not enjoy was the Tiramisu (it really has too much rum). Service was perfect and the restaurant was beautiful.

Enjoyed excellent service and drinks at the bar, didn’t order food. The beverage director served us, and was THE PERFECT host. So knowledgeable, helpful, and gave us great recommendations on drinks we thoroughly liked. The drink list is phenomenal and long. Gorgeous, cool vibes atmosphere, would definitely like to dine here in the future. Will definitely visit again when in town.

Quincy Exchange is a culinary oasis in Corning’s otherwise somewhat challenging eating environment. We had the cornmeal crusted calamari and the Caesar salad for dinner, and both dishes were expertly prepared and served. The wine list is another big plus, with a focus on Finger Lake wines, but it is also complemented with a variety of Old and New World wines. Finally, the dining room setting is exceptionally spacious and tastefully decorated.

We happened to walk by when they had a cancelation for the 8pm tasting menu with the Chef. What an experience! We got to sit right in front of the Chef’s kitchen as he prepared our beautiful bites to eat. They start out very small, single bites, but we left stuffed! Wine pairing was perfect too! I look forward to hopefully trying another one of the Chef’s amazing meals. Pricy ($275 per person) but well worth the experience.
