Let me start off by saying I’ve NEVER written a bad review for anyone in my life, just good ones. But my boyfriend and I stopped in President’s Pub yesterday around 5:10pm and were really excited to try this place out for the first time before the Whiskey Rebellion fest. We were seated at a high top inside and there were only a couple people at the bar, another high top table and a table or 2 outside and what looked to be about 6 servers.. Not busy right? Well we sat there for 15 minutes and not ONE single waitress came over to greet us but they went up to everyone else in the place. We’ve never felt so unwelcomed in an establishment in our lives. Some of the girls would look over at us but not a single one thought to come get our drink order being we were without anything for that long. I worked in the service industry for years and never would think to just let a table sit there without being greeted for that long ESPECIALLY because it wasn’t busy at all! I’ve never ever dealt with anything like that at a restaurant. It was a terrible first experience there. We ended up walking out and went to Union Grill which was wonderful!! Even as we were walking out, not one person said anything as we walked by multiple waitresses and bartenders. Hopefully other people have a more pleasant experience here and are treated much more kindly then we were.

This used to be one of my favorite places to grab dinner after a long day at work. The food is still good but the last few times I went in the vibe was just off. I don’t know how to explain it but the staff all look completely miserable, and are totally unnattentive. It’s as if they aren’t happy or eager to help anyone. I have worked in the service industry my entire life so I try to be understanding, but sometimes it comes down to people just not taking any pride in their jobs. Unfortunate. Food can be sent back if it’s messed up but the impressions your staff leave will have a much longer lasting effect/impact. Shout out to the waitress we had a few weeks ago, Lindsey! She was amazing and such a breath of fresh air. But honestly it’s not even worth returning on simply a whim that she may be there. One person can’t carry the whole staff!

Great place my husband and I stumbled across and we were so delighted with the food, service and atmosphere. We would definitely return! I think our server was Shawwda she was exquisite!

First time dining here. We sat inside and there was plenty of seating. They do have a nice outdoor dining area. All of our meals were tasty and the portions were generous. We had several of the signature cocktails and they were creative and delicious. Our waitress Denise was great……she explained and recommended various food and drinks. Will definitely be back.

Ordered the steak salad. Terrible steak, 60-70% fat and barely could get one goo bite from it. My friend ordered the Surf n Turf special and was told it was steak with a sun dried tomato sauce, paired with a lobster tail. The steak was mostly fat as well, the sauce was identical to Heinz Home Style Savory Beef Gravy, and the lobster tail was langostino lobster chunks mixed in. When trying to tell our waitress her response was she liked the sauce and all components of the special and dismissed our concerns. Awful meals for being a place with good reviews. We each left at least 1/2 our plates.
