First, no wifi for guests big issue… Second, service is casual at best. Ordered ahi tuna tacos, onion rings, poutine fries. Blue Moon. No soup on menu- sounds weird, I know…. But, everything was delicious… I would go again. Unfortunately, classic burger was way underdone.

I stopped here with my daughter looking for a reasonable priced dinner with my daughter. We order the poutine fries as an appetizer with the fish tacos and buttermilk chicken sandwich as our mains. We were pleasantly surprised with the quantity of food for the price. Unbelievable value for the $$$.
The only negative was that my chicken was cooked a little too long and was somewhat dry and a little burnt on the edges. But that’s pretty much it. The fish tacos were awesome along with our app which we shared.

I was just recently back at the Pour House. This time I tried the Southern Fried chicken sandwich. First the piece of chicken was large. It had a nice crunch and a wonderful taste. The pickles and the honey mustard gave it a wonderful taste. A new favorite for sure.

My first trip to The Pour House.
The bartenders are knowledgeable and have smiles on their faces.
For lunch today, I had an Angry Orchard hard cider. Nice crisp apple taste.
Then I ordered the French Onion soup. It’s one of my favorites and taste that didn’t disappoint today. It’s the one item that any menu that I order.
I then had the Wagyu burger with French fries.
The French fries were well seasoned and crispy.
The Wagyu burger cooked medium had a good taste. The jalapeño aioli added a nice taste to the burger.
They have a few other items that are definitely worth a try.
They have a deck for the summer months.
So I will return soon.

Wife and I decided to try the Pour House for the first time. We had a totally delightful experience. Wife has happy with her cheeseburger & fries and I really loved the pesto chicken sandwich. Service was attentive and pleasant. Nice outing on a bitter cold day. We expect to eat there again.

We visit the Pour House occasionally but haven’t been there in a few months. In the past we were very happy with our food selection. This time we ordered a southwest salad and were surprised by its small size and the lack of ingredients. All ingredients were sparse (lettuce, black beans, tortilla chips.) It was over-priced for what we got. It was a good thing we ordered a pizza too so we had enough to eat. Our dinner-mate got 10-12 fries with her burger.
The atmosphere is very loud everywhere in the restaurant. It was difficult to talk to our friends across the table.

Great local hangout. Less than $10 for a double Buffalo Trace! They also gave Pappy 12! The food was fantastic! Katie, Pat and John are awesome!

We visited the Pour house on a Sunday around 1pm. The establishment wasn’t busy.

Our visit was overall positive. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to take our order. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger and Thai chicken tacos as well as two non-alcoholic beverages on this visit. Wait time was approximately 10 to 12 minutes for our food, which is on par with our expectations of a non-busy restaurant.

The Thai chicken tacos exceeded expectation and come with a high recommendation, however the cheeseburger left something to be desired. The burger itself was a very thick patty however it lacked any seasoning. This continues to be a sticking point in my burger reviews as an unseasoned patty, especially when the patty is thick, makes a burger taste bland.

Overall our experience at the poor house was positive. We will definitely be visiting again, the next time the hankering for Thai chicken tacos arises.

The food was generally good tasting, but the fish tacos and fries were cold when they got to me.

The French Onion Soup was fantastic.

The Old Fashioned I ordered was good, but it was diluted. Not sure why anyone would shake an old fashioned or add water.

Won’t be back, but not bad.

Wonderful people and fantastic service. Our server was running for her life on a busy night but she still checked on us regularly. Our sandwiches featured bread that was definitely baked just a few hours earlier. It’s a cozy spot but when it’s busy it can be loud due to the low hard ceiling. Great tap beer selections.
