It was my first visit at this location after just moving to Bakersfield 6 months ago. The triple whopper w/cheese with very fresh lettuce tomatoes and onions and fish sandwich , nuggets and fries were excellent and at a very reasonable price. The cashier a very polite young man was busy trying to juggle the drive thru and the indoor restaurant. He apologized for the wait but I understood. He was a great multi tasker and a hard worker.

The chicken burger tasted different from before. It definitely didn’t taste good. I suspect it’s not fresh, but I’m not familiar enough to be sure.

Restaurant is completely empty and the employees took 5 minutes to acknowledge that we had even entered, then proceeded to take another 5 mins before she was even able to take our order. Worst and slowest service ever!

Unclean premises, finished products cold and soaked in grease, and coffee is poured with grounds with condiments served in plastic cup.
BK Customer Service called multiple times without resolution and I cannot recommend this to anyone. Waste of time and money for a miserable experience.

So …I understand it is Christmas night and people having to work is tough…But undercooked beef etc is dangerous .Went to this burger king at about 7:20 and didn’t leave until 8:10 pm almost a full hour in the drivethru and I couldn’t back out because I was locked in by other vehicles.
Issue 1: The intercom was broke so all orders had to be taken at the window.
Issue 2: The Chicken Nuggets were soggy and had no flavor, was like taking a big bite of wet cardboard.
Issue 3: Even with the intercom broke it took 50 Mins to get served.
Issue 4: And MOST importantly….The Bacon king I ordered was undercooked and still pink to the point you can clearly see it in the pics and it made the bread soggy.I noticed the undercooked meat because it tasted funny and was soggy ….
In conclusion I will never eat at this Burger King again .I know it doesn’t reflect on on the franchise and this review solely pertains to this Location.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that nobody eats here until it improves the quality of its employees and food.I hope I do not get sick and staying positive.

Need to fix parking lot a lot of holes and the homeless people make it scary, nasty. I saw a homeless guy changing clothes out in the open not kool.

I ordered on line, checked the order twice before I submitted it. I get really sick if mustard is on my food and I dislike pickles. Even though my order was to leave these off, they were both on the burger. I also got chicken fries. The burger and chicken were both cool. Not a hint of warmth in either. That should not be the case when it was picked up within minutes of placing the order!
