I have only ordered the margherita pizza, however, I order it over and over again! It is a little pricey but it is so good. This week was the first time I actually went in and picked up the pizza. The staff was attentive and responsive. The place was beautiful and I was happy to see some of the tables occupied for Friday fish fry. I hope to enjoy a fish fry there soon! Best wishes!

Not happy with service. Ordered one pizza and one order of fries online and was told it would be ready by 6:34. I arrived at 6:33 and followed the directions on their sign to text a number and give the last name on the order, car make and model. We decide to step inside to check out the place, and must’ve been standing there for about 7 minutes and not a single employee in sight. It’s a small place, so we would’ve seen if someone walked out of the kitchen with our order. We decided to step back out to the car and wait there. We waited another 13 minutes watching other customers walk in and back out almost immediately with their order. So we decide to step back inside. A waitress was there and didn’t say anything to us at this point. She asks if we’ll be dining in, so I mention that we’ve been waiting 20 minutes for our online order. She says she’ll “check it in a sec.” She proceeds to seat an entire family, take their drink orders, make the drinks, and go back to take their food orders, and THEN steps back to check on our order. Tells us they’re still making the fries. It’s now 25 minutes past, and we wait another 6 minutes for them to make the fries. We finally receive our food at 7:05. I’ve worked food service, so I completely understand that things don’t always go as planned. However, there was barely any effort to make sure we were taken care of and not a single apology. There was even a conversation right in front of us where the waitress told somebody else how fast their service was that day! Apparently this is a somewhat regular occurrence based on other reviews. Food was decent, but we paid $22 for a 16-inch that only measured out to be 13 inches (it looked VERY small so I grabbed a tape measurer and checked). I understand the pizza may shrink as it cooks, but I haven’t seen other pizza places put out a pizza this small and call it a 16-inch. By the time we were home, they were closed for the night so we just ate it.

We ordered online and accidentally put the time too late; we proceeded to call multiple times with no response. We purchased a water to try and reach out through text but still to no avail. We never received the water we payed for nor did we get a refund. We got there a couple minutes early and we’re told our order would be ready in 7 minutes nearly 20 minutes later it’s 10 minutes past the time our food should have been done. We were then assured it would take 5 more minutes for our food and it came out around 10 later.

Their Pizza is very good. Thin crust. The buffalo wings tasted good but they were very small. The day we went they were 60 cents a piece. Not a bad price.

I typically enjoy ordering from The Point, but my last order was extremely disappointing. My burrito was made incorrectly (adding beef when I requested no protein), and when I called I was advised there was no management available to talk to, but they would call me the next day to complete a refund. This was 2 days ago, and still no word back. I’ve also tried calling again, with no answer. I understand mistakes happen, but putting beef in a vegetarian burrito is a huge mistake that should be addressed and corrected.

My husband has tried clam chowder all over this country and he says this clam chowder was the best he ever had. My a Jus steak sub was great too ! Highly recommend!

1st visit 1 of us had the small pizza, which was enjoyed, I had the tacos & waffle fries with queso cheese. The tacos were ok I prefer mighty taco over theirs (no flavor) This was lunch we each had 2 beers. Bill was 58$ without tip. To me over priced . The parking lot needs help,watch pulling into area.

For the second time I have placed an order for pick up and brought to my car. I sit for 15 minutes and end up going in and they are just “finishing up.” Why give a time when it won’t be ready? It seems they start cooking at that time. They need to manage their time better. They need to work on this.

The food was delicious no complains about that. Although the reason why i did not give it 5 stars is because on two occasions we ordered food from the point and we were missing things or got the wrong amount of things, luckily the mishaps where quickly Fixed, we got refunded for the mistake I’m glad everything was fixed very quickly.
