Me and my family love to eat at the Pink Pig food truck. If you haven’t ever had it you need to give it a shot. Their stuffed potatoes and nachos are the best!!! Best BBQ around hands down.

I DJ a wedding last weekend and the Pink Pig was the choice the brides mother decided. At first a scratched my head because I’ve dj many weddings that didn’t solely use a barbecue cater. BUT when the owner came with all the fixings and the biggest potatoes I have ever seen I knew everyone was in for a treat. I believe this place has the competition beat hands down. The price is very competitive and affordable. The service is top notch. The staff does everything needed to assure perfection. In fact these potatoes are so big that it was atleast 2-3 meals each. I’m very impressed and will definitely tell everyone about the Pink pig. My new favorite bq catering. I will be back again. Thanks staff of Pink pig.

Best nachos I’ve had in a REEEEEALLY long time. These guys are doing it all right and I highly recommend. Good food from good people. Shop local with them and you will NOT be disappointed. 10/10.

Idk why in the world this would have such a high average rating, but I trusted it, and it was a mistake. I was passing through town several days ago looking for somewhere to eat and found The Pink Pig on Google. First, I had to DIG TO DEATH online to find out their location which is just bad for business. After finally discovering their Facebook page and digging a bit to find out where they would be that day, I navigated through a pothole infested, overgown lot where I was finally able to place my order. They didn’t have what I wanted, so I settled for something else. Strike one. It was overpriced. Strike two. The quality was abysmal. One side was totally inedible…and a bit dubious to say the least, tasting like it had turned so I didn’t even eat that. The other side was VERY POOR quality. The meat was overly greasy and gross, and the sauce was just eh. Strike three.

Husband I decided to try for the first time. He got the brisket and I got the stuffed potato. I had wanted the chicken but I assume maybe they misheard or were busy and gave me pork instead. The pork potato was pretty good but now I still have a craving for the chicken!
