The Pie takes no shortcuts! We believe that quality takes time. It would be a MIRACLE if you get your pizza in less than five minutes! We like to consider ourselves old school, with no frozen dough or pre-shred bagged pizza cheese here. Everything at The Pie is made to order. Pizza dough is hand-rolled and hand-tossed the traditional way. We slice our meats, cheeses, and vegetables fresh every morning. Our sauces and dressings are made in-house to. The Pie also offers Utah’s best local Vegan and Gluten-Free options. We do this not because it’s the new culinary trend, we do this because we are a local family-owned and operated business and have done it that way for over 45 years. To us, it’s more about the interaction than the transaction.

Update…The Pie manager said he would replace my order. Tonight I ordered the replacement because I wasn’t feeling great and didn’t want to cook. It was excellent tonight. The pizza was perfect. The ingredients were all fresh and the cheese was still melted when it was delivered. The bread sticks were fresh and the marinara was great. The cinnamon bread was the best part though. The frosting was still melted and the bread was soft and hot. This was exactly what I remember The Pie tasting like. Last time might have just been a one off thing and we all have those days so I’m changing my rating to a five star. The last three photos were the replacement. Thank you for making things right. It was perfect!
I haven’t ordered pizza in years but I have two broken ribs and my child and I have been very sick so today when my child said he wanted pizza there was no way I wasn’t ordering him a pizza. I’m just very disappointed. It was not the quality I remember. The pizzas looked fresh. They were hot at least. They just didn’t taste as good as I remember. I didn’t get the pull apart cheese bread sticks that I ordered so I called them to let them know and they said I wasn’t charged for them. Which okay great…but I wanted them. That’s why I ordered them. I was however charged for the extra ranch and marinara that was supposed to go with the bread sticks. So what good are those without the bread sticks they were intended for? My salad looks like it was sitting in a fridge that’s too cold. A lot of the lettuce was almost frozen so it didn’t taste crisp and fresh, it was limp and partially frozen. But the cinnamon bread sticks were the worst out of everything. The frosting on them is just crumbling. You try to pick up a piece of bread and the frosting just falls off of it. Those are definitely not fresh. I think those are like 8.00. The total was over 55.00. For fifty dollars I just feel very ripped off. I wish I had ordered from another pizza place. That’s a lot of money to spend to not be happy. Pizza is usually one of those foods that still pretty good even if it’s not the best pizza but man the quality of the pie is not what I remember it being. My child won’t even eat his pizza. He ate some cheese off the top and now he won’t eat anymore of it. He doesn’t like it and he wouldn’t stop asking for a pizza earlier. I wish I could post videos but for some reason it’s only letting me post photos.

Loved the vibes, atmosphere, and service. I must have just ordered wrong… got the Berry Pie and with the thin crust… and the balsamic reduction was too thin, making the crust extra saggy/soggy. Like to the point where all my toppings and cheese would instantly fall off my pizza if I lifted it off the plate at all. But it was a busy place for a Thursday, so I feel like maybe I just preferred the wrong pizza ♀️

Love this place. Only recently discovered that they offer Gluten free pizza. Pizza is one of the hardest gluten free things to find that taste good and there’s is awesome! Along with all of the menu. Love this place

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Staff immediately opened the door to assist as I pushed my mother in her wheelchair, which set a welcoming and thoughtful tone. We were greeted warmly, and the team member took the time to help us decide what to order without rushing us. Our pizza was cooked perfectly. It was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped for. As we left, we were sincerely thanked for coming and wished a great day. Outstanding food and genuine hospitality like this make it easy to highly recommend The Pie Ogden to others.

Stopped by The Pie in Ogden and overall had a pretty good experience. The pizza is definitely on the heavier side — super cheesy, loaded with toppings, and full of flavor. If you like that thick, indulgent kind of pizza, this place will hit the spot. We got a half-and-half to try different styles and both were solid.
The vibe inside is casual and kind of old-school, which fits the place. Staff was helpful and our order came out in a reasonable amount of time. Prices are a little up there depending on what you get, but the portions are big enough to share or take home.
Not something I’d eat all the time, just because it’s so rich, but for a weekend splurge or when you’re really craving pizza, it’s definitely a solid choice.

Wings were very salty. Mac and cheese wasn’t anything special and the garlic bread was ok. The winner was clearly the pizza. Recommend this place just for the pizza honestly. They’re very generous with the toppings.

Went for a late lunch early dinner at 3pm with my family. Pizza is pretty good, but I went and ordered a couple of pizzas and a wanted a salad. The guy at the counter couldn’t add blue cheese crumbles to the salad. Couldn’t sell it to me as a side. Offered mozzarella which doesn’t even make sense to me. You can order and add blue cheese as a topping for pizza and the Cobb salad comes w blue cheese. But there was no way I could buy a side of blue cheese ofbhave it added to my salad. Instead the guy at counter let me cancel my salad. Terrible customer service. They were also out of the micro brewed root beer which was a bummer. Could have been a pretty cool experience, unfortunately it was a lame experience. I wouldn’t suggest this place to others.

Food is always good. And this is our go-to pizza place. Only giving service 4 stars because they have gotten my order wrong multiple times. I am a vegan and they have given me pizzas with meat and cheese more than once. They are usually good about the items with their vegan menu but definitely something to note. Especially if ordering by phone. I have eaten from the pie my whole life and I’m thankful they accommodate everyone to their best ability.

We’re from OK, and ordered carry-out to take back to our BnB so can’t really say much for the atmosphere but just standing there chatting at the counter was a pleasant experience. I’m sure a dine-in would be comparable if not better.
