Very pathetic service. We arrived 5min late at the store closing time at 9.05pm. The store was closed and no one were visible inside to ask for help. There was no courtesy call to the customer that they were closing the store soon and the food is there to pickup. Employee was rude over phone the next day saying they cannot do anything but throw the food away. No refund too.

Amazing Customer Service! Accommodated me and my children with all our needs (kids have severe allergies). I have been coming here since we moved to the local area and this is by far my preferred Subway location. Javid is the owner and he is always so friendly and upbeat. He is fast at making sandwiches and he has such a great attitude. I feel like I’m family when I walk in. If there’s a line, there’s less talking but that’s appreciated as the sandwiches need to be made. The people he employs in his store are also nice and eager to get your sandwich order right the first time. Love this place as do my kids. The store in general, the sandwich building station, and the bathrooms are always clean. I usually come in the mornings but I’ve come at lunch and dinner time too and I always get great service. One time I ordered to pick up in store and I discovered someone else had accidentally taken my order. Javid got my order recreated and I was out the door again 5 minutes later. Love this place!

These folks here treat you like family – from the manager to the new employees – it shows. This is how subway should model their customer service training programs by using this particular store as an example.

All Subway sandwiches taste the same and the restaurants themselves are almost identical. What makes a Subway location is the people and this location has a very friendly bunch. The manager Javid is the most outstanding of them all. He is such a warm soul and greets me every single time I visit this location. For the reasons I have mentioned, I would say this Subway is by far my favorite.
