Red Robin is what I would call, good “fast food” quality, but a sit-down meal. The food is good, nothing spectacular, but fun and great value for portion size. At dinner time, this place is hopping. Expect wait times and your food to take a while. But if you have an appetite and love unlimited refills on drinks and fries then red Robin is the place for you. However, when this place is busy it can get rather dirty, but the service can make up for it as they like to take care of their customers.

Bad parking at this location. Had fish and chips and my wife had the avocabo salad. Ordered extra crispy fries which arrived limp. The new batter for the fish is crunchier than previous fish which was appreciated. Second try for fries were also very good. The ice maker was out and served drinks were warm. Chardonnay was not available. Server was nice but could have been more attentive and could have asked for refills for wine or fries as this was post lunch rush. Pizza oven was broken.

This is a good place for upscale fast food. The meal quality is decent for the price, but it’s not necessarily high-end food. It can often be a long wait on busy nights too. However, the service was excellent, anticipating needs before we asked and making our dining experience pleasant, even on a very busy night with long wait times. This place is especially great if you want a fun dining experience, including bottomless drink options and other such novelties. Good for kids. Overall, would recommend if you have the time for a fun dining option.

The secret to eating at this Red Robin is always going for a seat at the bar. You can most of the time find a seat immediately and get good service. Not a bad place to get dinner.

FISH & CHIPS. – HINT – if you arrived with hungry kids get a couple of the endless fries before you place your order. One of the best fish & chips in Thurston County. All these years I have always had their burgers. There is only one other place in Olympia that has great fish and chips. Even great for take out.

I wish I remembered our waiters name! She was the absolute best. So patient, personable, & genuine. You know the type of person who isn’t faking a smile. It was Millie’s 6th birthday & she brought the entire staff plus kitchen. Our drinks were delicious, the kids had so much fun. Everyone around was laughing. Was just a good time. Definitely recommend late Wednesday night dinners at red robin!

I called in a to go order of a large pepperoni pizza and wings with buzzard sauce. The pickup time was for 6:30. I got to the to go parking at 6:25. I called to inform them I was waiting. They told me it would be an additional 15 minutes. Around 6:33 I went inside to pay for the order. It was sitting on the rack ready to go. I don’t know why I was told I needed to wait and I didn’t. The food was not good. The wings were hardly sauced. Almost no blue cheese on them. The pizza was only ok. I got asked to do a survey which I did. I got an email from someone from Red Robin and she said talk to the third party your ordered from. Even after explaining my issue was less with the wait confusion and more with the quality of the food I was told basically talk to someone else. Someone else besides Red Robin customer service about my Red Robin service. It doesn’t make sense. Long story short, not very good service at the restaurant, poor quality food, and no customer service.

I enjoy dining in here with friends but unfortunately we’ve never once had a good takeout experience. Every time we‘ve ordered takeout, someone‘s entire meal was missing (not just fries or sauce but an entire burger, entire orders of mozzarella sticks and fish and chips) which is super unfortunate. We just ordered takeout last night and my mom‘s burger and fries were not in the bag, and they didn’t add any of the sauces we ordered. A few months ago we ordered take out and the burgers were completely charred, the meat was cooked to a crisp and not really edible.

Great staff at the bar. The 2 waitress and busser, consistently kept our glasses filled and chilled. Never ending fries, were well…., Never ending. Definitely recommended and definitely returning. And this had been during lunchtime too.

The waitress was very nice! Happy 21st to her! We ordered lots of food, and it came out in a timely manner. Our drinks were delicious the food was good. I ordered a scorpion gourmet burger, and it was good, but I hoped it would be spicier apps were good portions were good.. have been here many times and will be back in the future.
