I am not sure what is going on with this Pasta House ans their food, but we won’t be back. The past couple of times we have been here, the food is cold, the servings get smaller and smaller, and last night, the noodles were dry and barely any sauce. I also felt bad for our waitress because she had little help.
To the owner, don’t even bother replying ar all or with your generic response from the other reviews. You know the quality of the food has been going down, and you allow it. You can try and save a buck or two, but you will continue to lose customers. Pasta House used to be considered a place of excellent food and we patronized it often. We hope Pasta House returns to how it was before, and we can return as a family at least once or twice a month.

I ordered food to-go from this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The bread arrived completely burnt to the point it was inedible. On top of that, the pasta was nothing like what was described on the menu. It specifically says the bacon comes as “crispy bits,” but what I received was undercooked pieces that were hardly edible. The pasta itself was also dry, with barely any sauce at all.
If you don’t have integrity in the food you’re serving, I can only imagine what the cleanliness looks like in the kitchen or anything else customers don’t see. This shows a clear lack of care and quality control. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Extremely disappointed seems like the quality has gone down. My husband and I ate there tonight, ordered zucchini fries, they were so mushy and lacked any sort of flavor. The manager did take them off our bill since we didn’t eat them and was nice about it. We split a house salad, the extra plate given to us was dirty and I had to ask for another, then was brought a plate that was wet. The salad arrived with us having to put our own dressing and Parmesan cheese on. Back in the day they had a whole station where that’s all someone did was mix the salad. My favorite go to dish is pasta con broccoli and it was subpar. The sauce was extremely thin and overall I left mad because it was not what I was hoping to eat. For $60 I expected way more.

This location wasn’t very busy. We were seated immediately. Our server was okay. However, she brought us very noticeably dirty plates. The food was hot and fresh. The atmosphere wasn’t very welcoming. The whole experience was just okay.

Ordered Spaghetti with meat sauce. The Minuscule amount of sauce they put on it barely changed the color when mixed. It was Disgusting. Not only did I not get the extra rolls I ordered, but they didn’t send any at all. 20 minute ride back wasn’t worth my time. Suggestion to pick up customers. Take your food to a table and open and inspect every single item in the bag before you leave.

I ordered online and the portions for the price is outrageous. You no longer get a side salad with your meal and we didn’t get any utensils or butter for our rolls. You also are forced to give a tip if you want to be able to place your order even if you’re picking it up.

Ok, so I have avoided this place like a plaque, due to past experience at the other locations and here years ago!
…this recent visit has changed things since I had the pleasure of dining with a childhood friend who frequently visits & so I trusted this visit & really enjoyed the service, food & atmosphere & the “Tiramisu” wasn’t bad either…not to far away to come for another one!!

Had a pick up order tonight and so grossed out by our pasta con broccoli. The pasta was undercooked and dry with a tad bit of watery sauce at the bottom. It had ZERO flavor. So disappointed. ☹️

I’ve been a Pasta House fan for years. I’ve been to multiple locations and found there is inconsistencies between locations. This is a corporate store and one of the better locations.
A couple of highlights. The minestrone soup is the best around. My son and wife both love the tortellini!
They typically have a “deal of the month” which is the best value- includes soup or salad.
The Sicilian Grilled Pesce is absolutely fantastic. I’ll add a picture the next time I’m here (best I’ve got is the one from the menu) but if you like fish, it’s extremely flavorful, lightly breaded and delicious.
The Chicken Marsala (healthy option) is fantastic as well. Great pizza, great toasted ravs, and the stuffed artichoke is the best I’ve had anywhere.
Can’t give 3.5 but not a solid 4 stars- closer to 4 than 3.

We were in the area for weekend and found this place.
Seemed busy, but we got seated right away. Our waitress was really nice and helpful and provided good suggestions since it was our first time there.
The food came out fairly quick, and although it wasn’t high end Italian eatery, the food was decent and had large portions. The salad and cheesy garlic bread were suggested and both tasted good.
Our party of five was satisfied, we would return and try again if ever in the area once more.
