The sandwiches were seriously delicious especially the bagel. We were pleasantly surprised Wendy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The dining room was clean and the drink station as well. We will definitely be returning to this location and we will recommend to others.

Tell me why I walk into this store first thing in the morning and I’m being automatically dismissed and assumed to be a doordasher? The staff only concerned herself with pointing me to the DoorDash stand. Ridiculous, embarrassing and pathetic behavior to say the least.

No humility to even say carry out order is ready for pickup. I had to be assuming after spending close to half an hour waiting for the food, only to find it dumped on the counter.

Nice Panera. This panera is not cozy at all, like the old location. This location is cold and too modern. No boths, no fireplace. No cozy chairs. I guess they don’t want you to hang around long. Eat and get out.

Food is good, but you are paying alot for small portions. Ordered tuna sandwich w/ chips, I got half a sandwich, enough food for a small child.

I have eaten here for years. Good service and typical food you find at all of them. Switch around menu seasonal but keep most of the items. They redid the French Onion soup and it is much better than the last redo. While I don’t really like lemonade, I had to get pictures of the flavors some focus group thought up. Will be back when I am in the area.

my order (delivered by doordash) was missing an items, and i usually wouldnt call if it was a small item, but i called them and they sent one of their own workers to bring it to me, AND added two cookies. these people work so hard so i hope they know how appropriated they are!

I love Panera…I really do BUT I have ordered 2 times both at least a month apart and my order has been wrong BOTH times. When I pay over $50 for 3 people to eat I expect that my order will be 100% correct. It’s just frustrating. The workers are very nice but I’m tired of calling for a replacement item and driving back across town to get it. Sorry Panera but I can’t keep coming back to this location and that sucks because it’s the only one Monroe has.
