I have eaten here for years. Good service and typical food you find at all of them. Switch around menu seasonal but keep most of the items. They redid the French Onion soup and it is much better than the last redo. While I don’t really like lemonade, I had to get pictures of the flavors some focus group thought up. Will be back when I am in the area.

I had no idea this location was here. I was pretty thrilled when I noticed. We visited on a whim after checking into the Goodwill down the parking lot. The cashier was occupied with another guest when we arrived but we had just enough time to browse the menu before another employee immediately helped us. She was very nice and efficient. I ordered a pick two of Mac and Cheese and the Turkey Bacon Bravo with a medium drink. I haven’t visited a Panera in a while, but that’s always my go to order. My husband ordered the pick two with Buffalo chicken Pizza, I think. It had tomatoes and a light orange drizzle of sauce on it. He also had the French Onion soup. We both got baguettes. The food was out quickly and warm. My sandwich was huge. Much bigger than I get going through a drive through. (Which is what we usually opt for, but this location doesn’t have one. That’s fine, not every visit needs to be quick. We had time to sit down today) Ultimately, it was very nice. We were there from about 1-2 pm and it wasn’t terribly busy, but definitely occupied. Bathroom was clean, floors were clean, tables were clean. Their lemonade machine went on the spritz as we were leaving though. If corporate ever reads these maybe send them a new one! That seems like a terrible amount of labor going to something that can be replaced.

Placed an online order and I noticed my name disappeared and my app said it was ready. I waited 10-15 minutes inside and asked about it a few times. Finally got an answer that my food has been sitting to the side getting cold because it needs a replacement on that order. Why didn’t they inform me the first time I asked? Disappointed that we could’ve gotten it solved immediately. Also my job has ordered group orders from here a few times and every single time we are missing an item. They claim they’ll send a coupon in the mail but never do.

Went to pick up my order. Curbside. No one answered phones. No one brought me my meal. I have a disabled child in the car and wasn’t about to leave him alone to go inside to get my food. Horrible.

I love Panera and always have good service, but I was just there and the young girl cashiering you front was beyond rude and had a horrible attitude. Then as my mom is waiting for her order I see her push her coworker rudely out of the way. I mean I’ll obviously continue coming there, but her service and attitude specifically were unacceptable.

Terrible service. Help educate your customers. I’ll never be back. A simple lunch should have been around $10 cost me $20 because I picked the wrong sandwich on the You Pick 2. Would have been nice if he told me that sandwich didn’t qualify.

I love Panera…I really do BUT I have ordered 2 times both at least a month apart and my order has been wrong BOTH times. When I pay over $50 for 3 people to eat I expect that my order will be 100% correct. It’s just frustrating. The workers are very nice but I’m tired of calling for a replacement item and driving back across town to get it. Sorry Panera but I can’t keep coming back to this location and that sucks because it’s the only one Monroe has.

A lot of you are sleeping on panera. They have nutritious food and amount of time as it takes you to get fast food. I have so much food. Baja warm bowl, a Strawberry poppyseed salad, large drink apple and a Brownie (only $18.00). I belong to the loyalty program so it actually cost me a little over $13. This entire meal can be vegan just by leaving off the Feta cheese and
