Incredible Food Trucks! The best green Chile I have ever had and I am from Southern Colorado. My Children enjoyed the BBQ Ribs and watching the large trout jump in the pond. This place is like heaven in the rolling hills of South Dakota. I cant believe how amazing the service was and the beer and wine selection was top notch! The live music was fantastic and the people I met were amazing. This top notch venue I stopped while on my way to Sturgis was phenomenal!!!

Super cool little spot! Currently they have 4 food trucks there serving delicious food. Mexican, BBQ, pasta, and Tai food. I recommend the smothered big boy from the Mexican truck. Big helping with good prices. Also beer is cheap!! 3.50 for a beer I stead of 8$+ everywhere else right now. Very friendly crew!

I cant say enough about this place. I found it about 5 years ago during the Sturgis motorcycle rally. Their food is sooooo good. I always get the half Alfredo and half red sauce with a meatball. The staff are some of the friendliest people I have ever met and I always make it a thing to stop out there every year. The ride out Vanocker Canyon is perfect as well on the way. 10/10

We drove quite a distance for pasta corral pasta which was awesome a couple of years ago. We didn’t drive all that way to be told we have 4 food trucks to choose from. The owner told me we could get pasta at the ugly graffiti food truck. I can visit the local food trucks in Rapid City anytime. Apparently, they couldn’t get enough staff to open their restaurant, but they should post that info on their FB/website and not mislead people. The corral used to be something special, but no longer for us.

We went last night with a group of friends and we had a really nice evening. The Pasta Corral is off of the very scenic Vanocker Canyon Road just a few minutes from Nemo and is on a very beautiful property. The owners and all of the staff were friendly and professional. We highly recommend!

I never order pasta in restaurants, it’s just not my thing. But I could have eaten at the Pasta Corral every night on our vacation! The pasta is made from scratch and the sauces were incredibly flavourful. They have done a wonderful job at the ambience, the staff was so friendly and inviting. We will definitely be back!
