Outskirts did an amazing job, helping us host our annual Sweethearts dinner. Our server Dani was wonderful and took care of all of our needs. Derek was great to work with on all the planning! Great experience all around.

This has been our fourth time at outskirts. The food and beer is amazing. The service has been greatly declining. This last time, 2 out of 3 couples that came in left before ordering. The reason being is that there are two servers and one bartender for the main room during larger parties plus their usual customers. Their recent solution is ordering at the table using a QR code. Very European and semi efficient. If choosing to go this route, please stock the tables with essentials. Such as, napkins, silverware, ketchup, etc. Or maybe state on your welcome sign that during these times, service will be limited / non-existent. Or hire more staff for your needs.

First….let’s start with approaching this striking building. The color, the Barn style architecture. Impressive, inviting, intrigued.
Driving from the turn off, the dark gun metal color of the Building against the green of the surrounding space draws you in like a magnet pull.
The interiors high exposed wood slanted ceiling, large light fixtures and heavy rough dark granite stone fireplace send the message of rustic warm with an understated elegance and charm. Leather sofa, cow hide backed high chairs…I’m seriously IN. No leaving this place in a hurry! The perfect blend of minimal-barn…if there could be such a thing, they created it! My favorite piece is a wood tray with basalt stone laid inside of it on a rail tie table.
The side smaller bar area displays unique rustic old farm-like decor with a view to the sparkling brew vats. A delightful contrast.
The service team we encountered was enthusiastic, loved their jobs and excited about the opportunity of being a part of this unique space. ( thank you Dani! And it was a privilege to meet Derrick. The General Manager)
Of course I had to buy a t-shirt, and Barn Raiser IPA.
A MUST BUY: HOP WATER! I took that back home with me as well.
The smashburger was a perfect choice. The menu has great variety.
The concert area….WOW. gorgeous stage. Great landscaping…worthy of hours of escaping. I’m from Wenatchee…I plan to be back for the concerts. If you have TIC TOC…they post videos! I don’t care who you are…where you come from…this place is perfect for YOU!

My wife and I went there last night and a great experience. They have a new menu and the food and service was superb. We got the mushroom swish smash burger and got to be served by our favorite server there, Dani. She just makes the dining there special.

Ugh, where to start. I’ve been a frequent visitor to the taproom for a long time. The staff is always wonderful, the beer is great, and the food has been consistently solid. So why the low rating? Two words: the owners.
In a small town, you’d expect business owners to at least contribute to a welcoming environment, or at bare minimum not make the place worse!! Unfortunately, encountering the owners of Outskirts Brewing will make for one of the most uncomfortable nights of your life. I was SHOCKED the first time I was told these inconsiderate adults owned the business. They’re loud, they sprawl across walkways blocking seats from other customers, I’ve watched servers have to repeatedly squeeze past them while they unapologetically block the only path through the taproom, and they let their young kids run wild and disrupt other guests – I adore kids, but this isn’t normal behavior.
Every time I’ve seen them, they’ve been visibly drunk, dismissive, and downright rude. I’ve overheard their friends talking poorly about the employees to no objection from them, which tells me exactly how much they value the people who ACTUALLY keep the place running. Their behavior has become the sole reason I avoid what used to be one of my favorite local spots.
And honestly, the whiplash of all the recent business changes doesn’t hold a candle to the negativity the *owners themselves* bring in. I genuinely feel for the staff, they clearly spend half their shift apologizing for grown adults who seem determined to make everyone around them miserable. Unfortunately it’s the one group of people they can’t kick out

A top-notch brewery with good beers, great food, and an amazing atmosphere. We had two flights of 8 beers and all of the beers were good. Our favorites were the Canyon Crusher and Legend of CL Pilsner, but all the IPA’s were good. The food was delicious! The waffle fry nachos had the best toppings I could eat with a spoon and the Granny’s Chicken Brie-zy with truffle fries sandwich was full of unique and well-balanced flavors. If I lived closer, I’d be a regular here.

Randomly stopped by and have never had better service! This place was so fun and comfortable. Dani, Tana, Kasey were super exceptional. What an amazing experience and plan to come back anytime we are in the area. Thank you for making a hard time in our lives very lighthearted.

Neat little spot to check out once or twice. They have two different sides of the location. One side is the full service restaurant that serves full meals & drinks, the other side is more of a bar pub. Just serving drinks & appetizers. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a party of two on a Thursday. It’s fairly popular right now. Took the server a bit to get to us because of this. Got our water & ordered some drinks. Water was room temperature with no ice. Drinks came within a reasonable time. Ordered the Smoked Salmon Straws as an appetizer. Took a bit of time for it to come. That’s about the time we noticed there’s nothing to entertain the patrons. The TVs were either security footage of the people outside or just backgrounds. Couldn’t really hear the music they had playing. Appetizer shows up. It’s nice & hot. There’s only five of the salmon straws. Mostly filled with cream cheese & not enough salmon for my taste. Decent enough to try. Homemade pineapple sauce to dip them in was really good. It’s not worth $17 as an appetizer, though. Took a while for our food to show up. We both ordered the bison burger. Was fairly messy. They stack avocado on top of tomato, so the whole top bun just wants to fall apart & slide off. The side was Truffle fries. Tasted more like garlic (which was good) & were lukewarm. The burger was fantastic & the price was fairly on par to what everyone else charges. The desserts we got were the Truffle trio & huckleberry ice cream. The truffles are great. It’s chocolate. The ice cream was more like a Gelato, but it was icy & they serve it with a waffle cone in it. Reminded me of how you order a child an ice cream cone. Wasn’t really sure what to do with it. Would be better if it was served in a waffle cone bowl or the cone was crumbled over it. It was ok. Wouldn’t get it again. The biggest problem I had was the drink prices. They were absurd. $17 for 2 beers?? $16 & $15 for mixed drinks?? I’d rather go to Tailgaters in Selah than go back with the way the prices are currently. The amount of time we spent waiting, the prices of the food, the quality of everything except the burger, & the bland, boring atmosphere just wasn’t for me.

The cheese for the pretzels and the nachos were not very good. It had no flavor and was gritty. The picture of my nachos show a few pieces of “prime rib” that was literally all the was on there. The atmosphere and service were excellent. I would not order those two items again and I don’t recommend anyone else to either. But they had so many options and I would definitely give it another try. It is a great place to stop and get a brew!
