I was being a complete Karen, complaining about the amount of toppings my blizzard contained. Nick, who I assume was the manager explained that some staff use a different way of measuring. He was cool about the whole thing and was 100% accountable for the situation. If I owned a company, I would hire him!

Overpriced. Seems more expensive than other Dairy Queen’s. They took my order fast but getting my food took longer than it should which seems usual here. Probably the worst chicken strip basket I have had from a Dairy Queen. This location is definitely going down hill.

I’m genuinely confused. I’ve gotten Chili cheese fries many times. However, my daughter went to pick up our food and was told they could only give a side of cheese. I’ll attach a picture of what we received, I obviously never would’ve paid for or ordered it. What’s the deal? If I had any idea, I would’ve ordered something or somewhere else.

The girl who took our order did not have good customer service. I don’t know what her name is but she was tall, had brown hair in a ponytail, red/burgundy nails and shorts and her customer service skills were incredibly underwhelming. My sister was polite and said hi and asked “how are you” and she barely said anything while taking our orders. Didn’t even say “hi how are you back” didn’t ask if she wanted a receipt, she smiled but there was hardly any interaction. I understand that people have bad days and working fast food isn’t for the weak, but your job is customer service! Unless they’re a shitty rude customer, I would NEVER want my customers to feel judged or unwelcomed, so I don’t know if she’s never worked customer service before or if she just doesn’t care. We get our food and my sister’s corndog was cold, both of our gravy was lukewarm at best, my friend ordered a deluxe burger but only got pickles on it. Not a single apology. Just looked at it, said “okay” and walked away with it. I’m not one to make complaints but that was honestly ridiculous. I don’t think anyone there gives a shit but if anyone over there does, please coach your people on having better customer service. Do better.

MOTHER’S BEWARE! I was walking to my car with my seven year old son and a worker shouted so loudly it scared my boy half to death! I told jason to stay in the car and saw a very frightening man in uniform hollering at a crying employee hardly older than my oldest. The man was short with a ponytail and had very large muscles. NO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!! It took 20 minites for jason to calm down. I came back and demanded to see the manager and was told the ponytail man was the manager! Very unprofessional and rude . I am mind blown… who would hire a dangerous man and make him manager????

Classic DQ signage and design. Good blizzard and fries. I always get two mix-ins +extra stuff. Every once in a while lunch at DQ is a great idea. Fries are hearty portions and they’re fried to perfection!

0 all around. I came in yesterday with friends and ordered food and blizzards. The oreo blizzard we ordered came with a medium length brown hair mixed into it. I brought it up to the counter and was told they could have the same person remake it. I declined and asked for a refund which wasn’t given. Your employees need to wear hair nets or stop touching their hair when they work. It’s disgusting.

They don’t have any of the normal discounts like 2 for $5 or the meal deal, and we waited for 15 minutes for 2 crappy cheeseburgers, and there was only one other group in here. Our bill was over $30 for two cheeseburgers and small ice creams.

We placed an order tonight and we are highly disappointed. We ordered a cheeseburger kids meal including the fries, drink and dilly bar treat. When opened, we discovered the meat was forgotten in the cheeseburger, no dilly bar; instead a coupon for a DG treat, and they forgot my drink. This is totally unacceptable. Prices are pretty high for a chain fast food restaurant.
