I was really disappointed with my experience here. I specifically chose this spot because it had sit-down space, but there were no hosts, no signs, and no indication of what to do. Since no one greeted me, I ordered at the kiosk. When my order was ready, the staff actually told me I needed to leave the seating area because I “should have asked a server” instead of using the kiosk—something that was never communicated. Checked the dine in menu and it was identical, same prices same foods. The bartender was especially rude about it.
To make things worse, the food wasn’t good either. I ordered a tortilla soup and was given what was basically a plain chicken soup instead.
Overall, confusing service, unfriendly staff, and disappointing food. Would not recommend.

Terrible ordering system (confusing, no host, wait staff actively avoids meeting eyes with you).
If you order at kiosk it has to be to go…. But there’s no one helping you if you want a table.

Holy smokes!! We all know airport eateries are pricey, but $12 for a small cup of soup? That’s ridiculous!! Add to that the service was really bad. Hopefully this review will help you avoid our mistake.

Holy cow! I am not a breakfast person but was just trying to find something to eat at 730 in the morning with beer which by the way, completely normal if you have an early flight (you’re not an alcoholic!!). I ordered the daybreak club and it knocked my socks off! Freaking fabulous! It was like a BLT with grilled sourdough bread but with avocado and a fried egg inside. I couldn’t believe how good this sandwich was! Customer service- superior! Chef in back- phenomenal! Thank you!

To start the cashier was rude and retrospectively I should have realized that it was significantly less full than other restaurants nearby. I ordered to-go salad with dressing on side to share. I can’t eat that dressing, so it needed to be on the side for my partner to use. It took 25 mins, and was clearly sitting in a dine-in bowl at the kitchen window for 10 mins before they noticed (no one else was waiting on food at the moment). The cashier finally took the bowl without gloves and put it in a box and I ran to my plane which was starting to board. Boarded and found that there was dressing all over, with brown avocado and missing other ingredients.

I came here today before my flight because it’s a place I hadn’t been yet at Midway. I got a beer and the 312 Chicken Biscuit. Frankly, everything was fine. I was hoping for a little more tenderness in the chicken, but it’s really just chicken tenders on a biscuit. At least it came out super quickly. I’m not sure I’ll be back but it was worth trying out.

Very expensive for mediocre not good food. I just wanted a quick bite so I ordered the pretzels and it was like $15 for a handful of stale, overcooked, and under salted pretzel nuggets. I paid and even tipped before receiving my food, which in retrospect was an amateur mistake. I wish I could take back the tip.

They leave full bottles of water on the table as a “promotion” and if you touch it or open the cap, the make you buy it. $6.25 per bottle. I paid for it to avoid a scene, but would rather have told them what to do with their promotion. Nice job of ripping off travelers guys.

Stopped by here on a 1.5 hour layover. Just like everyone else. Didnt have a terrible experience. It was very expensive though. As expected. Food was just fine. I guess. My daughter didn’t like the bacon, nor the eggs, nor the tater tots. So I tried them myself. She was mostly right. They weren’t great. But it was still super close to my gate.
