Stopped in here to kill some time waiting for a bus. Was offered Giant sized drinks- I don’t supersize. Then was told they have some smaller green teas – cool. Ordered one and thought it could use some sweetener. Mind you, I am not a sweet tea lover. I asked for some and was told “We don’t endorse unhealthy swerteners.” I said honey is not unhealthy, but it was not available. Glad it was not a Large drink, I finished it. I have never seen a place with that policy and hope to never see another.
BTW the seats at my table had old worn-out ineffective cushions which were awful. Trying to be helpful (of course) I mentioned this to the manager/owner and was told she knew that and chairs are expensive. Well, have the cushions reupholstered then! Won’t be back, ever!

Oh wow I can’t say enough great things about this little shop!! Friendly service, yummy tea and the kids menu is so fun! My girls and I frequent this local owned “cheers” type environment as often as we can. I highly recommend the many flavor choices of the level 3 teas!! Would rather my girls drink the flavorful low in sugar shakes over anything from a fast food joint.

This is a great addition to the north oak retail area. I stopped in and got a shake and it was good. I was a little confused about the tea being part of the purchase, for $9 you get a shake and a tea, mostly because I was pretty unfamiliar with herbal life. This cafe is an herbal life headquarters that help distributors as well a sell shakes. It’s def different than your average smoothie shop.

It was not what I expected. I was on a desperate hunt for a smoothie, which are thin on the ground in Gladstone. DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING A SMOOTHIE! Complex menu ordering item that involves an aloe shot, a tea, and then for extra you can also get a shake. I never quite figured out what the shake was for but I was really looking for something for inflammation as I have rheumatoid arthritis. They did have some pills but got to be honest I had my heart set on a smoothie. Everyone was really nice, the place is really clean. A shot of aloe (tasted like flavored water) Is done there at the counter, then you get your flavored tea and your shake. I went with the raspberry tea which tasted nothing like raspberries and was more of a weak flavored tea. Seem to be geared towards weight loss and nutrition as opposed to holistic type remedies.
The aloe shot and tea cost less than five bucks and when you add a smoothie it’s $9. I’m sure it’s great for weight loss and energy boosting but it just wasn’t what I was looking for and I’m still craving that damn smoothie lol.

Shakes are great, the level 2 teas have a very strong vitamin after taste, which is unfortunate because the flavor is amazing. Makes it a little more difficult to drink. I will definitely go back, just not for the tea ❤️

North Oak Nutrition wasn’t the first nutrition place I tried, the others almost ran me off. One club was making their root beer float shakes as actual root beer floats, another was using dollar store drink flavor packets and very watered down. NON made me a believer after the first trip well over a year ago now!
I’m in here everyday almost now for a delicious tea! They are always changing the menus up with weekly and seasonal specials. All of their drinks are colorful, full of flavor, and a delightful healthy treat! They even have protein balls which are really similar (in my opinion) to eating a ball of cookie dough that is actually good for you!
They always have funny and witty cups, and straws in just about every color of the rainbow so you can usually find your favorite color. I took my Dolly cup with me to Sevierville, but it didn’t give me any luck on tracking down the real Dolly.
