Came here for the first time in awhile and unfortunately disappointed. My daughter’s spaghetti noodles were not fully cooked and my chicken Marsala was heavily seasoned with salt I couldn’t finish it. It took about 15 minutes to hail down any server. They seemed to stay in the back unless bringing out food. The table across from me noticed me looking around and asked how my food was. The lady felt her noodles were not cooked and both her and her elderly mother mentioned it being really cold to the touch and did not meet food quality standards. Yikes! Then we saw another table on the other side of them return their plate as well. I don’t think I’ll come back anytime soon. Not the same level of service or quality that I come to expect here. The restaurant is only a quarter full and the wait was over 45 minutes for poor quality food.

This restaurant is easily one of my favorite places while experiencing Seattle. The service was amazing. When we got there there was a little bit of a wait but not too long. The inside of the place was awesome so that kinda kep you busy while waiting because it was so much to discover and look at! The greeter profusely apologized for the wait and actually seated us where I was saying I wanted him to seat us(but he didn’t know I wanted to sit there) it was a cute little two seater table with plush king and queen type chairs at the end of the street car they have on the inside. Our server was new but he did an amazing job(Nicolas I believe his name was) the foods and drinks were amazing. We had the meats spaghetti with meatballs and sausage and added a chicken parmigiana filet to it, garlic cheese bread and the olive tampanade, cotton candy lime drink and a Mac and jack african ale. They also served ice cream at the end of your meal and we got the spumonti flavor and it was soooo good, real cream ice cream.(so hard to find these days) The ambiance could meld with whatever your occasion is and ours was kinda romantic. This is a must experience if ever in Seattle.

Make no mistake, this is a franchise. It’s like the local version of Olive Garden. It’s okay food for the price, but it feels cheap as well, from the silverware and salad to the warmed up pre packaged bread. They fed us well as far as portions, but it was not special. Just necessity. Nothing I’d bring anyone to for a special occasion.

A classic place to indulge in Italian spaghetti with the interior paying homage to the fine culture of Italy. The food is exquisite and beautifully made.

The salad and bread was good. The spaghetti I had was just okay. Lots of cheese and butter in the dish. It wasn’t a bad taste, but you better love cheese and butter. Mizithra cheese was the dish.

The food is good, not like amazing, pasta is better at olive garden, the service : we waited like 20 min, no issues with that, but it took our server like 30 min to attend us and he forgot many of our requests, it was not crowded at all, so I wonder why it took so long

Service was great. Sadly, the food was lacking. Alfredo sauce had little flavor. Garlic cheese bread needed more garlic. Caesar salad dressing had too much lemon for my taste.

I’m not one to give bad reviews, but unfortunately I got food poisoning from this place. This was my first and most likely last time I’m ever going to be here. Went with my family, just the three of us and the wait was pretty long just to get sat down and order. Maybe like 35minutes? I noticed that some of the utensils aren’t fully cleaned property neither. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo and the chicken was minced into small squares… luckily my family didn’t get food poisoning and they got the panini and lasagna. The food wasnt over the top, very basic. We ate for only about 15minutes but it also took about almost another 30-40minutes to get our to go boxes, but thankfully our waiter also brought our checks too. Regarding service, I don’t think there is enough staff but they were all nice it’s just slow for the most part. For the atmosphere, we noticed that almost all of the people at the restaurant were elders, other than small families of course. So they are most likely regulars that come. I can kind of get the old classic style of the building, furniture and decor, but honestly it was kind of suspicious regarding how clean it was. The staff did do a good job when cleaning up tables though.
